I had a 2006 Miata that needed a new part that was going to be expensive. So I talked to KC Habal at Royal Motor Sales about trading it in and getting a new one. We went through the numbers, and was clear that leasing a new one would be the best deal. But I wasn't sure -- since I don't drive much, maybe I should use ZipCar? -- and I was about to leave for a week's vacation. KC didn't pressure me to make a decision, and he answered endless questions I emailed to him. When I got back, I decided to go ahead with the lease. They gave me a good price on the trade-in. KC and Junior found the exact car I wanted (color and trim), and I drove it home that same day. It was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. No fuss, no pressure, nice guys: what more could you want?

I got my car used but when I went there to buy touch up paint to fix small paint chips on my Mazda 3 it was a nightmare. I make the purchase I explicitly tell the cashier that I want touch up paint with the color code 34k which is white for the Mazda 3, the cashier sells me 35k which is GREEN for the Mazda MX-5! I don't know what the cashier was doing, but he did not say a single word the whole time. Not only did he get the order wrong, it took three weeks to ship and I still had to go pick it up. I'm not sure about the quality of the service, but I'm not sure if I want to go back there for anything.

About as expensive as you would imagine an Audi service center in SF to be. They've done everything right in my experience. No loaners, no car wash.

The worst experience time after time. This time they held the car the whole day doing no service on it disrespecting my time. If you cannot deal with the service volume don't schedule me for that day. I came first in the morning just to realize at 5pm that they just wasted my day telling me to come back on Monday.

Had an emergency . Serviced recently performed at a different Audi dealer resulted in oil spilled all over the engine . Anna in parts and Chris Sung we're both very helpful in finding a part that I needed late on a Saturday afternoon ..... avoiding certain disaster
