Oftentimes, dealing with professionals, it has been very difficult to find someone who can tend to my needs. Too many professionals I have come across undermine my ideas and it can get overwhelming and disheartening. Earlier this year, I was in the process of refinancing my house and like many other home owners I was going through an extremely hard time. However, working with John Franco, from Freedom Mortgage, lessened my distress tenfold. He not only listened to what I wanted, he went above and beyond my expectations each and every time. There hasn’t been a moment where I couldn’t count on him and I was very grateful to have him by my side through this entire process. Working with him will always be a pleasure.

Ron Contrelli at Freedom Mortgage is a Senior Loan Officer who will only issue a preapproval after making sure a buyer is actually qualified unlike some other lenders. As a Licensed Real Estate Asoc Broker in the business for almost 20years, I find working with someone like this to be priceless. Ron is knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

DO NOT USE FREEEDOM MORTGAGE******** I have been in real estate for 5+ years with 150+ transactions. This was one of the worst, if not the worst transaction I have been apart of. The loan officer, Edwina, and lender were on their own time. They did not abide by the timelines of the contract costing both the buyer and the seller, THOUSANDS of dollars, literally. They lack professionalism. The communication was appalling, like pulling teeth. Literally had to call from several different numbers just to to get someone on the line. (you know when you're trying to get someone on the phone when they are ignoring you). They have their own process that does not match the industry. They will NOT go above and beyond for their clients. The Buyer, at closing, was so apologetic for working with this lender as this was his first home and mentioned he would never use them again......The transaction closed 3+ weeks later than originally scheduled. The Buyer received the appraisal, 24 hours prior to close, which came in under value, and we were told it came in at value. The lender, would not communicate with the title/closing agent. They would not make any exceptions or consider any parties time. There was no sense of urgency. There was no follow up. They ordered the condo questionnaire 6 days prior to the initial closing date (we had been harassing them at this point just trying to get an update/response on the loan). At the end of the day, the Buyer and Seller were happy with the end result, yet the journey taken was one that could've been avoided if Freedom Mortgage was not a part of it.............I NEVER leave reviews but this was one I could not pass up on. DO NOT USE FREEEDOM MORTGAGE
