    We showed up and were given awesome service by all employees. It did take a bit longer due to covid but it was well worth my wait. We absolutely love our 2021 hyundai palisade sel.. Julie was a sweetheart and Rob was hilarious.

    After 14 years, time to look for a gently used car. I found my perfect car at Greenfield Hyundai. So far I like everything about the car - good visibility, easy handling and economical. Throw in heated seats and CD player for audiobooks. My salesman was Will Hagen, who was super (as in Superman) helpful and explained everything in detail to me. Called me a week later to check on everything, highly recommend Will.

    I was impressed with my recent visit to Tri City Hyundai. After much research on new vehicles online I was ready to look at the model I wanted in person. I chose to visit Tri City since they had the car I wanted in stock in the color I wanted. After a few minutes of looking at the cars on the lot I was approached by a salesman Eric who was knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. Eric and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I arranged for the purchase of my new vehicle and came back the next day to take delivery. Eric took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new car and answered any questions I had about its operation, even offering to take a quick ride-a-long if I wanted to make sure I knew how to work some of the advanced features of my car. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle in the area.

    Extremely unprofessional. Spoke to the sales person on the phone, and negotiated a fixed price for a used car. The sales person checked with her manager, and said that the manager agreed to the price. She scheduled an appointment with me to deliver the vehicle in two days. When I arrived at the dealership, I learned that the person I spoke on the phone was not a sales person, and that I have to work with someone else. The manager denied having any conversation regarding the price of the vehicle with the original "sales person" . Furthermore, this "sales person" was not available at the time of scheduled appointment to clear up any "misunderstanding". The manager offered a new lowest possible price, which was higher than what I originally agreed to. This was by far the worst car shopping experience I've ever had. I've shopped at other Hyundai dealerships in the past, and was always treated with dignity, and respect. I don't believe Hyundai Greenfield is looking for repeat business, or any business for that matter.

    I did not have a good experience with the service department at this particular Hyundai location. I wish I could give zero stars but Google doesn't allow that so they only get one. Their constant excuse for their really terrible behavior was that I didn't have an appointment. I don't think anyone can plan when their car is going to randomly break to be able schedule to have it looked at. Sometimes cars just break down on their own time. I also have a few other problems that I know about with the car. They claimed everything else was fine with the car. Actually, both of my break lights were out (only one was out when I took it to them) and I have a problem with one of my tires but they didn't seem to catch either of those things and anyone walking on the street would be able to see those problems. Guess their inspection process isn't very good. Their only saving grace was Kevin, the service manager, was decent to me when I called to complain (thanks, Kevin) and gave me a tiny discount. However, you'd be much better taking it somewhere else even if you have to drive out of your way to get there.
