Rocky's Pawn Shop S Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs

Had a situation where I needed another Laptop in a Hurry. Stopped at Rocky's and got Hooked up on the Spot. I definitely would recommend Rocky's Pawn Shop.

My transaction was quick and quite generous. I got 3 times the money 💰 I expected! Very friendly very professional... I won't go anywhere else.

The personnel their for the most part are really helpful an considerate an i love the fact that they have raffles for cash to help pay your pawn i also like that they are christian based

I just love Rockys pawn shop they treated me like I was a family friend and gave me more $ doe my loan then I expected.

Rocky'staff are RUDE COCKY. I called to ask a question: Can I use my debit card for payment of my loan. I asked a question and the woman on the phone turned cocky and condescending. They've got you by the balls so they really don't care about what customer service is all about. THEY JUST DON'T CARE

I should be on one of those billboards... I mean why would you go somewhere else and not get family-friendly, courteous service. The entire staff are professional, polite, and know what they're doing. I trust them wholeheartedly

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They have no customer service skills and make you feel very unwelcome. Looked like I interrupted the guy behind the counter from playing online.

We were on vacation recently and were walking to downtown Palm Springs from our hotel. We walked into the store and noticed the quality of customer. Homeless people or druggies. We then noticed the bulletproof glass and had the honor of having the two men behind the glass lear at our 11 year old daughter. It was something out of a nightmare really. I then heard one of the customers being yelled at by the elderly woman behind a counter. At that moment we left. Outside more of the 'customers' were multiplying. We decided not to spend any money in Palm Springs. When we contacted a Policeman on our walk back, he informed us that there was nothing he could do, but if the two men looked at his daughter he could legally shoot them. We noticed he was sweating in his all-black nazi style uniform. Maybe it was the heat. Just a bad experience and representation of Palm Springs which we had heard was suppossed to be fun. From the drugged out homeless customers to the child pervs behind the bullet proof glass to the nazi cop, it was just awful. We told everybody at work and our other social networks about this nightmare of a business and nightmare of a city or town or whatever it is. Stay away from this evil place. Spend your money with better people.

I like this place. Great for storage purposes. The staff is very polite and respectful and know how to run there business. I'd Highly recommend this place to others. Thumbs up, big time!
