Since the beginning (possibly since January) it was horrible communication, doesn’t call us to update us on rates (we had a really good low rate, obviously we have a time frame, & of course they waited til the last minute to where we couldn’t lock it & lost the rate), asks for documents at the last minute, gave us any type of news at the last minute. We have to contact his assistant to get any information & still getting told at the last minute. We we’re supposed to close on Wednesday, then it was today & now told us tomorrow. It’s been a bad experience w. this lender.

Mr Garcia was always available during my loan, always answered my calls and walked me step by step on buying my new home. I really recommend him and his professionalism on your next home or refinance.

Mr Hector really helped make my process run very smoothly. I really appreciate his help, patience and dedication. We got to talking about golf and hopefully go to the course and tee off soon.
