Rockland Trust Bank Fall River Ave, Seekonk

BE WARNED. I never write reviews but this bank has made my life a nightmare. I've attempted to close an account more than 3 times. They continue to fail at every step. I became a Rockland client more than ten years ago and it's a sad shell of what it once was. You are better off at a large box store bank or an envelope under your mattress.

I have had no problems with this branch. They're as friendly as any other bank. No problems but nothing spectacular. I do not like their customer service call center though. They do not tell you where you're calling when you reach a rep, they get nasty when you ask for fees waived as a courtesy even if it's their error. Also they are not very knowledgable and if you call back for the same question you'll probably get conflicting information. I wouldnt recommend to someone I know. There are better more reliable banks.

Everyone is always friendly. They remember you and greet you by name when you come in. The hours are great...open 7 days a week. Any discrepancies with your account are dealt with promptly and professionally.
