There's nothing more satisfying than going into your local branch and working with bank representatives that listen intently and who aim to help. My local bank, 10 years and running! The staff there are very professional, kind and helpful. They go over and above to assist you with whatever your needs are. I have been a customer for years and I’m very please with the service i receive from the time that I walk through the door until I exit.

It’s ridiculous, I went to bank for cash $1000.00 “ thousand dollars “ check and I have temporary driver license, i meet man should be customer service but he doesn’t have any customer service at all, he is name ISRAEL and he said I can’t cash your check with paper driver license and it’s not paper it’s from RMV, and I asked for his manager and he said she isn’t here now she will be back after 35 minutes it’s ridiculous. He has bad attitude with me.

The teller who had a hijab on her head was rude to me. She was the 1st teller at the door. If I physically have to come in will not use her. She's part of Rockland bank and not last bank that was there. Going to check elsewhere.

This place is depressing. I have heard from a legitimate source that branch management at this location was involved in fraud by embezzlement of funds of elder trusting customers for years and years. Some how only the assistant manager got blamed but many others were apparently involved. This is such low class branch where unhealthy employees smile at the few wealthy customers that shop there, while from behind doors they argue like demons for checking account commisions ($10 for wach account they open). Really sad. Melvin Tutiven the branch manager is semi - iliterate from Ecuador and I have been told he is not a reputable person. Please bring your hard earned money somewhere else .

They sux. You give them your info. Can't verify your balance over phone. Restrictions are insane. They don't operate look a regular bank.
