I love this bank. I love everyone there. Very professional and yes they all know my name and the names of all my children. I even go a couple times a day, it does not bother me to go to the bank more than once. From Ann to Kara to Suzie and the nice lady who has her desk next to Ann...what a joy to tell the world you deserved their business because you guys are the BEST. Customer service is excellent!!! Way to do business!

I love this bank, the people that work here are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this bank to everyone! Also you can have a 100% free checking account, and you can get a savings account with very little money. I believe that you can have a savings account with only $5.00. Also they have two coin machines inside and members of the bank are able to bring all of their change to pour in, and they have ZERO FEES! It you take all your coins to other places, they always charge you a big fee, that they just automatically take out. If you’re a member, you bring your change, pour it in the machine and it prints out a receipt and you just get the cash right there at the counter!

During COVID, the only way to access the building is through the drive-thru, or so the sign says. So, I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru to use the ATM before my transaction as I needed more money to pay a loan. There is no ATM in the drive-thru but there's no sign saying this, so the employee told me to go in the building to use the ATM. I then had to wait another 30 minutes in the drive-thru after using the ATM the sign originally told me not to use. Figure it out.

I opened my first account 35 years ago in Mansfield. I have been going to the North Attleboro Rockland now for 16 years and could not imagine going to one of the "Big Banks". I love when I walk in that I am not a number but they know me by name. They even know my dogs names! I always feel welcomed and love the little chit chat that goes with my visits. I am impressed with their rates on their CD's and how helpful they constantly are.

After over 20 years of making on time mortgage payments and owing only 12K, when my partner died they did NOTHING to help me and I would have lost my house if a relative hadn't loaned me the 12k. The bank made almost 200K in interest from us but when I needed them, they turned their back on me. I would NEVER recommend them. Never.

Great service and attention given. Difficult to beat their low rates on loans and no atm fees. Easy to navigate on the internet is a plus. The hours of service on the weekend could be longer but overall 5 stars.

Best bank I've ever used. Left Bank of America and will NEVER look back.
