After speaking to the actual owner we where able to come to a agreement. So if you have a issue here ask for dough he will sit down and talk to you calmly to find a fix for the issue. I will return to this place again.
Sorry you didn't make it back in time for the store to be open. We never close before 6:00 unless scheduled or bad weather and if customers are in store by 6:00 we stay sometimes 6:30 or later taking care of them before we close. The shop doesn't pay overtime and the employees do not work for free. Pawns a cash and have to be redeemed in cash so we have cash to loan back out. Once we close the computers start backing up for the next day.

Great custom service with friendly staff also had a good selection of items! Went in to do some Christmas shopping for my kids and got a good deal on some items. Will be going back in the future!

The woman that I encountered was extremely rude and a racist to the bone!!! If anyone that reads this has a skin tone darker than white chalk needs to stay away from this place. Seriously, anyone and everyone should not do any business here!
we are as friendly as people let us be. some people act like they got up on the wrong side of the bed and they think everyone is out to get them. we try to offer a fair price for used items but keep in mind we have to sell the items to someone else also. we treat everyone with respect until they don't treat us that way.

Went in to trade a shotgun. Was treated much better than at David's pawn shop. Not offered a fair price, and had to negotiate to squeeze a little better trade.

Was on the phone a whole 20 mins... Decide to show up. Lady standing at the counter doing nothing as I’m sitting there watching on hold. Granted, a couple other employees were busy but no ones managing the phones??? Smh, not professional...

Horrible place, extremely rude white trash. do not go in there, you will be better off buying somewhere else. I went to buy a set of tools and half of them were missing and the other half was completely rusted out. I tried to talk to the guy and he kept looking away like I was wasting his time.
