I just closed escrow with this Company. After buying and selling property for 20 years this was my worst experience. I just tried to explain my issues with Dolce in the Las Vegas office. She kept cutting me off and talking over me. They are inexperienced and make alot of mistakes. Never use this title company if you want a smooth transaction.

ROC title caused the buyer to lose out on his deal. They never opened escrow, and listing agent said he wanted to cancel the contract because the contract was in default. I'll be sure to make sure that they are never the company working on any of my files. I also would not trust them to provide me with some of the most important insurance on the planet. Untrustworthy and unresponsive is an understatement. They are also clearly not acting as a neutral 3rd party. Scary stuff
