I definitely recommend Riverview Mortgage and Jennifer Weil. She gave me four really good options for refinancing - all at great rates. Everyone was friendly and quickly responded to emails. I appreciate how simple they made the process.

Don't have much to say since I cancelled my application after two weeks with them. Started off good but after I was handed from Mr. Huff to his assistant Mr. Triplett it seemed unprofessional when it comes to customer service. I gave them a ton of docs; then I seen hits on my credit score so I thought to myself, "Things seem to be moving on". I left Mr. Triplett a message when I tried to call him Monday. I did not receive any correspondence back until Friday which was only an email saying he needed a bunch more information from me. He didn't call tell me how things were looking or anything to that extent. He just asked for more "stuff". I applied with another lender and 24 hours letter I got a pre approved memo to give to my realtor and I didn't have to send them half the stuff I sent to Riverview upfront. Good luck to Riverview I hope this review makes an impact on their customer service. Its shame to lose business in such a simple matter. This was taken word for word from their website. "We offer you fast, dependable service with a personal approach"'. Didn't meet the mark on this statement.

This was our 2nd home purchase and I have to say I was terrified of buying a home while being in another state. Eros Dahl and his team at Riverview Mortgage made this such an amazing experience! He took the time months before purchase to layout budgeting plans so that we could not only afford our dream home but also be able to have financial success. Julie was awesome! From the application to approval and closing was about a month. They keep you posted along the way with regular communication - you're never in the dark about where you are in the process. She made it easy and took care of everything.
