I can't say enough great things about Riverview Community Bank in Tualatin! Walking into their lobby is like entering the home of a good friend; I feel so welcome. The team is small, which means you see familiar faces every time you bank and they remember who you are in turn. I believe in supporting local, especially during these difficult times, so if you're searching for a bank that will personally take care of you at a level that surpasses all your expectations, Riverview in Tualatin is exactly where you want to be.

I have worked and banked with many of the national banks that are available on the west coast. I have not only seen my fair share of nice and rude tellers but the customer service that i have been given by Robin and Ele there at the Tualatin Branch trumps all interactions! They are always so kind and helpful. They make banking easy and it's hard these days to be able to call a branch and actually get to speak to someone and not be faced with an automated system! If you want to be a part of the community, if you want to bank somewhere that doesnt view you as just another transaction, and if you want to have face to face interactions then Riverview Community Bank is the place to go!

I have banked with national banks in the past and I never was very happy. I switched to Riverview and I have been very happy. They are local, they support the communities they serve, and they treat me as if I am important and they want my business.

I am the Programs Coordinator of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, Riverview Community Bank, with Willow Oelke as the Vice President, Bank Manager received the well-deserved Spirit of Tualatin, Community Service Award at our Celebrate Tualatin - Business Excellence Awards! When Riverview Community Bank came to Tualatin with their new name and new location, they embraced the community by saying loud and clear “we are here, we believe in community partnerships and doing business with chamber members and local businesses.” Through their bank manager, Willow Oelke, Riverview has stayed true to their pronouncement in several ways. First they stepped up and use chamber members for a variety of goods and services at the bank and make sure to recommend these businesses to their bank clients. Then, Riverview reached out into the community to support local non-profits and the schools with volunteers, donations and sponsorships to organizations like Relay for Life, Community Warehouse, School House Pantry, Rotary, Tualatin Heritage Center, and, of course, for the Chamber events and committees. Riverview joins in these efforts and more not only because it is good business for the bank to be present in the community but it’s good for the community that Riverview is present. “One of the best banks in town. Willow is a great example of helping and being part of the community. She always helps where she is needed. A great asset to the community.”

This is my favorite place on the planet. I dread the day where I could ever be forced to bank anywhere else. The staff here is guaranteed to be more helpful & accommodating than whatever customer service you’ve ever experienced to date.
