Depending on what staff you get is how your service goes. You have your Unfriendly and pleasant - can go either way. As for loans, I applied for a smaller signautre one got denied. A couple months later I tried again for a $2500 car loan AFTER I arranged to have my entire check direct deposited into it for a couple of week to show my intentions of staying with this bank...did I get the loan? I don't know - absolutely NO communication regarding the status. I got a phone call to ask me for documents to apply for the loan, but not even a letter to tell me if I got denied, or an email or a phone call. UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't have stellar credit, I am trying to work on that...lowering a car payment loan was the beginning, Christmas dragged my credit score down horribly - I went to this bank because my son, my neighbor and a friend spoke highly of it and I had it in my head that credit unions were different than banks...nope not so much.

The worst service I ever received. Some of the ladies have the worst attitudes nasty and mean. They know they can act this way and nothing will happen. Don't use have a nasty attitude handling your money. Don't ask for a loan couldn't get one oh yeah, made 50,000 and worked for the state. Don't use F-

I been with this bank for 22 years I work through their company which is my jobs bank and I applied for a 500$ loan last year and got a approved for it and paid it back through pay roll deductions I applied for another loan 500$ And l got denied I decided to break tides with them 🤷🏽‍♀️
