My family and I have always delt with Mr.Phelan, when looking for and buying vehicles from Honda. Just reached out to Terry again in regards to getting a 2017 or 2018 CRV. He's always so helpful and very easy to deal with. Much thanks to him and the Honda family.

After I had issues with my A.C when I bought the car (after just buying the car 60 days ago) I called the dealership and they fixed my issue. Tyler called me on his day off and let me know himself that they were going to fix it on them. I can't believe they are that concerned with thier customers. Amazing dealership.

Great dealership. Greg, the manager there is a real class act! They have a couple guys there that are really THE guys to talk to about getting a Honda. Rick Williams is the name of one of them. Most knowledgeable employee I've ever spoken with... Hopefully while you are there, you get a chance to run into the used car manager... He is the jolliest fellow you will ever meet. If I buy another Honda, which I likely will, I won't risk going somewhere else when I know I'll be taken care of there.

We had a great experience at Rick Roush Honda. We purchased our daughter a 2014 Honda Civic. We found the best deal here. No need to shop around when you have guys like David Hovater and staff around. This is our 3rd Honda from Rick Roush Honda. We highly recommend stopping out and seeing the staff at Rick Roush Honda, if in the market for a great deal and quality service!!

My wife and I are completely satisfied with Rick Roush Honda. Our salesman was Chester Warren. Working with Chester was pain-free. We didn't feel any pressure; he let us make our own decisions. And as a result, it was our decision to not only lease a new Honda CRV, but to also return two days later to lease a second vehicle -- a Honda Accord Touring car. This makes a total of five vehicles our family has purchased or leased from Rick Roush. We couldn't be happier. Honda makes a great product and the cars literally sell themselves. But it is the employees that sell the dealership, and that's why we keep coming back. Whether it's sales, parts or service, we've always had a great experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better person to lease my car with. I've now done two leases with Tyler and he is absolutely incredible to work with. He's such a kind, easy-going and upbeat person that's always smiling. I once was sitting in the car I was considering and as he was outside the driver's side door explaining different features, he intentionally angled himself to keep the sun from shining in my eyes a little bit. It's these little things that show his caring and compassion. He answers all my questions, returns all my phone calls/emails, and he makes the whole process painless. Even though it's about a 50-minute drive for me, I plan on doing all of my car purchasing/leasing at Roush Honda as long as Tyler is there!

I was visiting family in Medina and had a flat tire. I called Rick Roush Honda and they were able to fit me in right away and fix my car. They were so helpful and quick. I am so thankful to them for getting me back on the road quickly. I will be scheduling my regular maintenance with them from now on. Thanks guys!!

My repair experience was awful. After agreeing to a diagnoses to repair my engine that was to take 6 days it took 3.5 weeks and when they finally installed the parts and started the engine it failed and could not be repaired due to " undiagnosed " issues yet they insisted I pay $3750. for expenses that did not repair the engine. Now Jim says I needed a engine replacement but would not begin unless I paid them for the failed work. Ultimately I cut a deal with Tyler to pay $1250 and give them title to my Odyssey van to cover all expenses but then they turned around and failed to pay a car rental bill in excess of $500. which Tyler, Jim and Brian at various times agreed would not be my responsibility since we were way beyond the original 6 days. Tyler and Rick will not return my calls for fair treatment. The dealer did pay 3 days for rental...and told Enterprise to bill me for the rest without my approval. Maybe now they will respond positively.

We just bought a used Fit and could not be happier with the experience. Tracey, Tyler, and Kelly were great. Everyone was friendly and there was no high pressure. Very refreshing after visiting all those mega stores that have greeters and high pressure. We will be back!

Update **12/26/2017** Since writing this review I have been in touch with the dealership twice. I spoke with Jim and he apologized for the inconvenience and the situation in general. He presented me with an offer to help make things right and we agreed that it was fair. It's nice to know that they take things so seriously, and are willing to go the extra mile to correct things that are not right. I was prepared to go elsewhere, but after this I will go back to Roush Honda in the future, and will be willing to give them my business again. Thanks Jim! **Original Review Below** It pains me to write this review, but unfortunately I have to. Just to add context I purchased my 2007 Honda Pilot from this dealership new in 2007. It's been a terrific vehicle. All maintenance short of normal wear and tear has been done at Roush Honda in Medina. I recently had it in for the 100K mile timing belt and water pump replacement. I paid nearly 1067.00 for this service, and was happy to pay a premium to Roush Honda knowing how important this service is. Nearly one week later to the day while driving I lost my power steering and my battery light appeared on the dash cluster. The power steering loss alone was enough to cause an accident. I pulled over and found the serpentine belt along with the tensioner pulley laying in the engine bay. The Pilot had to be towed back to Roush where they extracted the broken bolt from the engine. Here is the rub: This part is removed during the timing belt service. I suspect that this bolt was over torqued and as a result broke. Service manager Jim informed me that they didn't break it and his tech was a 25 year vet. They fixed the bolt and didn't charge me for it, and it looks like they replaced the serpentine belt as well as the other one must have been shredded. The fix was handled promptly, but it was a major hassle and inconvenience. I was out several hours and am now worried about the quality of the work that was done. At nearly 1100 dollars, I expected quality work, as there are tons of other places in Medina that would be glad to get my business. Service Manager Jim told me that he felt that he had fulfilled all of his obligations by fixing it. There were no apologies, sorry for inconvenience, or anything. Jim made no concessions, offers, or partial refunds on my original work order. It wouldn't have taken much for him to retain my business. Jim informed me that he would think about it over the weekend, see what he could do, and call me next week. That week came and went and I never heard from him. Upon Jim's failure to return a call to me, I informed my original salesman (Chester Warren) that when I look to replace this vehicle in a few years I would not be purchasing it from him or his dealership due to my issues in service. Bottom Line: You take your vehicle to the dealer because you trust they will take good care of you, and make it right when they don't. This didn't happen for me. There are several Honda dealers in NE Ohio, and I will take my business elsewhere.
