    I would NOT use this financial institution for anything! When (Not if) fraudulent activity is going on with your account it will be an act of GOD to get your money back! This financial institution doesn’t care if the money in your account gets stolen! We were told that they don’t even have some sort of loss prevention team or someone that will investigate on your behalf! That means you will have to do all the work ( filing a police report, getting a case number, and dealing with that whole mess) just to get the ball rolling to even possibly not getting your money back that this institution gave away like it was nothing!

    Called the number listed online and someone hung up in my face 3 times without even saying hello. I was attempting to ask questions about opening another account but Im strongly considering taking all of my funds elsewhere

    Terrible Customer Service and Antiquated Payment System I received a delinquency notice in the mail today despite me sending the payment through my bank well in advance of the deadline. Because Resource One can't take an electronic payment from another bank, the payment from my bank must be made via a paper check (red flag #1 about Resource One). When I called to explain that I could provide evidence from my bank that the payment was sent, including the debit from my account, the date the check was mailed, and the check number, I was told it didn't matter and that they were charging me a 5% late fee. They said the problem could not be something on their end, though they could offer no proof. I also spoke with a manager who refused to waive the late fee even with me making the payment AGAIN over the phone. What business punishes their customers with late fees for making every effort to pay their bills??? I look forward to the day I won't be a Resource One Customer and hope that people reading this don't make the mistake of becoming one in the first place.

    As a veteran, do not do business with this credit union. I am a retired disabled veteran with a car loan with this bank. They make is it impossible to pay my loan. through their website, I cannot use a online, check, ATM or debit card from my Chase or Wellsfargo. I must pay on the phone each month for a $ 7 charge or drive Do not do business with this credit union

    9:52 pm 12/31/2021, and some unknown error. I can’t access my money on New Years? Time I’ll never get back… withdrawing everything asap…! Can’t check balance or speak to anyone…

    The customer service is pretty good here but if you travel anywhere with your debit card they will randomly decline purchases and make you wait a long time to get it working again. Haven't had this problem so much with any other bank.

As a security measure, sometimes, when the cards are used outside of their normal range, they are turned off to prevent malicious usage. This security feature can be removed for future trips by calling in, visiting a branch, or sending a chat in online banking to notate that you will be using the card on a trip.     At first i was really liking this place. BUT, when i decided to refinance my car they said it would be best to get into a different vehicle. I agreed. I was approved for a certain amount. I’m very new on how to trade in a vehicle and still be inside of the loan offered. I kept emailing the loan person to just get pointed in the right direction or any good ideas on what to do. ( when she said she will help me) I NEVER GOT A REPLY. Very bad business when a customer is literally asking you for help and how to do it the right way. Never getting a response is poor business.
