Calm Waters don't make a good captain. Let's start with how we picked Rescue Roofing. I’m a Florida homeowner who lost their homeowners insurance. It wasn’t an emergency like a leak or damage, but I needed a new roof if I wanted homeowners insurance. We took our time and had many roofing companies try their best to relieve us of lots of money. Here’s where Steven Bagby comes in. He was the 5th roofing salesperson to see us. I told him what I was looking for and he listened. Keyword LISTENED. I never felt pressured, He never tried to sell me useless unneeded upgrades and stuff I didn’t want. Steven was the only roofer who accepted my bid without making remarks like” Would you go to Vegas and bet your roof?” Sounds silly, but this is a real comment one other roofer said to me. The Job starts, the team is great. Our new roof was almost done and it started to rain hard. Uh OH, Water is dripping in around my vent pipes in the garage. I was on the phone with Steven, quite upset with what was going on. This is where A good captain takes over. Steven had someone over in less than 5 minutes. They had the situation under control and temporarily fixed. Next day at 7:45 am Steven was at my door going over any issues that needed to be finished. Steven was attentive, and assured us any issues would get resolved. We can honestly say, Steven stood behind the workmanship and his company. That’s the company We want to do business with. I guess WE won in Vegas with Rescue Roofing and Captain Steven. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Steven and Rescue Roofing. We recently had our roof done by Rescue Roofing. During the process there were some damages while removing the old roof. Steven was great to work with and we quickly worked through those issues. From the initial estimate to the food completion Rescue Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Steve was professional, responsive and made the process extremely easy. Rescue roofing lives up to their name. They literally came to the rescue (pun intended). We had been dealing with a few leaks for months not sure what to do or how to go about it. I contacted and reached out to Rescue Roofing and Steven came to the rescue (yes pun intended again). From start to finish nothing but top notch, communication, workmanship, professionalism and reliability. Not only did they give us a new roof, they gave us peace of mind that there are still good contractors out there. One of the best operations I’ve seen in a very long time. After it was completed, their field super spent 3 hours with a magnet around the home and in the yard to make sure all material, nails and screws were removed. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
