Pete and his team were great to work with! We purchased our house in 2020 and had our mortgage through Rescom and then recently refinanced with them. We had a complex situation with challenges from COVID relief and Pete was steady as a rock. I must have asked him a thousand questions throughout the process. Pete was able to secure a great rate for us literally just before rates started rising and he truly had our best interest in mind. I recommend him without hesitation.

The first time we took over our parents' loan on the house. The second time was for a refinance to lower our interest rate and take out money for home improvement projects.
