I always put Republic Title-Park Cities and Ame Moss & Grant Myers on every deal! They flawlessly execute every transaction regardless if the deal is difficult & challenging. Also having Attorney, Steve Holley available when needed is a game changer. In my book, Republic Title is the measuring stick of which all other title companies are compared against.

Grant is so nice and kind. We had so much problems with lending and he was so available and stayed after hours to get us closed same day. Seriously what a kind human. So welcoming and professional!

My experience was horrible. I have closed 42 homes and this was the worse experience I have ever had. I called and called and they would not return my calls. They would tell me things that were not correct. I would never use them again. Try another company, you will save yourself a big headache. They seemed to go out of their way to make things difficult for our closing. They do not know the law, they are incorrect about many issues and that is very uncomfortable and unprofessional for a title company. Then they gave me a check and the funds are not available for 9 days. They are bad. Insist on closing somewhere else if your agent recommends this horrible title company.

My family had a terrible experience with Kay Nettles. She was rude, haughty, and downright unprofessional. I did not feel like a client, but rather an employee. I was required to handle all efforts and manage her transactions. There are a plethora of options in the area and I would stay clear of Republic Title on Douglas.
