Horrendous interest rate to begin with. Be prepared to spend almost double what you sign for. Cashed one of their checks that I received in the mail for a family emergency. Almost instantly regretted it. Because of covid-19 affecting my income, I fell a payment behind. I received a call from a TN number (obviously someone from another office). This representative stated that I could talk to the local office about a hardship deferment. The local rep said the only way they could help would be to rewrite the loan or write a consolidation loan..... The only other loan I have is at less than half of Republic Finance's interest rate. Not a smart move.

We recently battled Covid, and have been working toward catching up on all our bills. Even though their Corporate Office told us we were eligible for a hardship deferment, the local office refused. Stated "we only did that at the beginning of Covid and that was months and months ago."Not when their city, county and state were seeing the highest Covid case count. So the only thing they can help you do is borrow more money. If you're looking to stay in debt and get cash fast, they are your place.

The Pearl office is like coming home. Everyone is so nice and caring. Everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel right at home. I recommend them everyone. The Pearl location is the best office to go to for all your money needs.

This company is not as bad as others and overall have decent employees that will work with you. The interest is the same as the others but the company does understand and will work with you to a degree..
