I agreed to try Remindermedia for a short while, and after a few months decided it wasn't for me. It was then that I discovered I was actually in a contract for one year. This wasn't explained up front. I cancelled as early as I could, but ended up having to pay for issues I didn't want. They're nice to work with when you're sending them money every month, but that quickly changes when you want out. They reached out to me 6 months later to see if I wanted to give it another try, because they had a new product available. The salesperson immediately entered her pitch, and I quickly figured out that the new product wasn't any better than what they had before. I began telling her this, and she immediately interrupted me with why this was better. As she went on, I offered more objections which were met with more canned responses. She went as far as to tell me that I was the only real estate agent she'd ever spoken to who wanted to only send out real estate related marketing materials. Completely ridiculous. I told her I was done with the hard sales pitch and she interrupted me yet again, just to deny it and continue into another pitch. The fact that so many of their positive reviews are from people who've worked there should serve as a red flag. My advice is to find a marketing company who actually understands the real estate market you work in, and avoid companies like this.

Typical marking company. I paid $215 dollars for the one time trial magizone, had to request 5X for the QR code I sent over to be on my magazine. They just point fingers between them and the developer. but apparently I missed the where they if you dont cancel they bill you again automatically. Not worth it.

Not sure what goes on behind close doors or if they even have an HR department but unprofessional. I applied for a position and received an email saying my application was selected. I never heard back and each time I called I got the same answer that “someone will be contacting me shortly”. No one reached out and I keep getting the same email saying my app was selected. No one has given me a straight answer. Very disappointing.

Had an account with them for almost a year. Spoke to account manager once the whole time. Had to request a dozen time to get design items corrected. Very incompetent. Magazine is nice, customer service leaves much to be desired. I cancelled my account.

I get so much more than just the branded magazine from Reminder Media. There's the StayPaid podcast, the social media shares, the digital version of the magazine. It keeps me top of mind with all my past clients and when they are thinking of making a real estate move I usually get a call right after the magazine gets delivered.

I love the magazine and all the extra things that you are able to do with it. I have a great sense of pride when I am able to share it sith someone. People love it and receive many compliments. It does set you apart from the rest. I can't say it has brought me a ton of business, but it has paid for itself and put me in the right circles.

Professional products! Always available for help. Thank you ReminderMedia.
Thanks for the rating, Kim!

Reading angry reviews from former employees is really funny. This company is GREAT. I've worked here for a year and I've never worked for a company that truly cares for who you are and developing you as a professional and as a person. It sounds corny, but it's true. Also, this is a sales job. If you're not selling, they are going to let you go (but not before they try everything they can to help you succeed and even offer to have you moved to a different dept where you might find success -- ex: accounting, marketing services, IT, operations, etc.). I've seen reviews of "tenured sales reps" post about how horrible RM is and what I find most amusing is that the person with all this tenure has about 5 years of sales experience if were rounding up and counting the 1 month they worked here coupled with the 1/3 of the month lateness or absence. Reminder Media is great and like any company, there is room to grow and things to be fixed. However, unlike most companies, they actually try to fix these things. This isn't an easy sale, but it's also not impossible. You will probably make 40k-50k your first year if you're horrible at sales and have a bad attitude. In my first full year of employment I have made 70k. This is my first sales job. This job is doable, and the company hasn't miraculously been around for 15 years and employed hundreds of people and more importantly, SERVICED 30,000 REALTORS NATION WIDE (actively, this is how many we are currently helping out).... with fake reviews. Sales isn't for everyone, and this sale certainly isn't. But Reminder Media is a great company, an amazing group of people and has a simple mission that is easy to get on board with. If you don't want to help business owners close more deals and retain more business, I'd suggest a different career path.

They offer multiple seem less ways to keep in touch with past and new clients. Articles of general interest, hobbies, recipes, crafts, etc. are provided. When shared, they are automatically branded to me, complete with picture and contact info. This way, not only do I provide excellent guidance to my clients as a real estate expert, they added BONUS is being their resource for additional well crafted, up to the minute extensive topics of interest. These are then easily shareD with my clients 😄👍👏

Would never recommend anyone to work here or use the service. With over half a decade of being a top caliber sales rep at various companies (including a fortune 25 on the B2B end) this was by far the worst experience I had. Even some of the sales tactics enforced by leadership is often to lie and be manipulative. I was interviewing for other positions within the first 3 weeks of working there. And it's obvious they post fake reviews to trick people to come work there. Their entire business practice is shady as a whole and I'm shocked they're still in business.
