Customer service was poor. Had to wait forever to get anyone on phone. Since merger inside staff very friendly & helpful.

Stole money from me after switching companies and started charging for an account I had. Never paid it back. Stay away from this bank.

They took my money. They stole my money. And called it fees for transferring money. Do you honestly think customer would keep doing internal transfers 15$ a transfer from how is a customer suppose to know when this bank steals your money or come up with new ways of taking your money and calling it fees. They wiped my account cleaned now I have nothing The stole all my money and called it fees wiped my account clean I have no money now

Bank elsewhere I made a deposit Friday evening posted to my account Saturday the deposit was gone and then Monday charged a fee no deposit from Friday they didn’t post my deposit until Tuesday!! Still waiting for a call back but of thieves at this bank

I love The People I Love The Quality Services There Drive Though ‘s Are Always Convenient There Always Willing To Help You With Any Questions That You Might Have There. They are the Best, I’ve Been With Them Probably 30 Years Maybe Less Than That But I Have Never Banked Any Where Else And Neither Has My Mom She Has Been There Over 30 Years She Says You Just Can’t Beat There Quality Services There They Are The Best By Far 🥰

I called and it's like the woman new what I needed before I called. She had 3 different issues (that were my fault) fixed within 2 minutes . This location is so far my favorite. I'm in awe at how efficient they made things happen. Very friendly like talking to family . love this bank thank you !
