I love coming to this Reliant Bank location! I’m the store manager of a local coffee shop & I come in once a week to make deposits. Most of the ladies there are so friendly & professional every time I visit! No matter how many deposits I bring them on a single visit, they always welcome me with such a big smile & a “Nice to see you again!”. They gave me a complimentary bag when I told them I don’t have one to carry my business’ money, & they gave my dogs some treats! Keep it up ladies! ❤️

I have banked here for 15 plus years when they were first advantage then they switch over to reliant bank and have nothing but problems . I deposited cash into the atm for it to be held for the whole weekend and I am negative in my account . How does cash have a hold? When I talked to the teller about it they said it has a hold, which I have done this once a week for ever and never had a problem . Then the teller said honey I have been doing this for over a year . Not professional , they are rude and need a lot more training in customer service . This place sucks !!!

I love my bank! I was with them when they were Community Bank & Trust, and then a year or 2 ago they changed to Reliant. Ive never had any problem at all! Best bank hands down!

Friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious staff. Problem-solvers that get the job done. Hope it continues as they become United Community Bank.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was cashing a check written by a business that uses this bank. I signed the back and handed them my Tennessee drivers license. The teller took it then told me she needed another form of I.D. I asked her if there was a problem with the first one. She snidely said “it’s company policy.” I asked for the sake of clarification if my state of Tennessee issued driver’s license was not enough to identify that I was who I was? She said again “it’s company policy.” I gave her my military I.D. She took it and showed it to the teller next to her and said something then another gal walks up and they all three are chatting. The teller returned to the window and said “yeah, we are going to need your social security number.” I said “No! You have two perfectly valid forms of I.D. you do not NEED my social security number.” Then the two other gals joined her and said “if you want to cash a check here you do.” (Let me remind you it was a business check from their bank.) I said “then I am not cashing it here” and asked them if they realized that their behavior right now was going to reflect on the company that wrote the check in the first place (an innocent party)? Their reply was basically we don’t care “it’s company policy.” After gathering my I.D.s and the check I called the company that wrote the check and told them what had happened. They were appalled. They had never heard of their bank asking people for their s.s.# even with two other forms of I.D. She apologized profusely and said if they do not make it right to call her back and she will help me. I spoke with the bank’s branch manager who did nothing but politely tell me his tellers did nothing wrong it was “company policy.” I asked him if their behavior was company policy and he said there was always two sides to every story. So this all boils down to “company policy” not good customer service. I would not suggest this bank to anyone. In fact I would advise you never go to that bank if you value yourself as a human as opposed to an account#.

They took my money. They stole my money. And called it fees for transferring money. Do you honestly think customer would keep doing internal transfers 15$ a transfer from how is a customer suppose to know when this bank steals your money or come up with new ways of taking your money and calling it fees. They wiped my account cleaned now I have nothing

I've been banking with this bank since they were green bank. 8 nice long years. I called because I'm locked out of my account and I'm trying to transfer funds. So you know what I get told we no long do over the phone transfers in the branch. You have to call our customer service that takes an hour to get ahold of. Am I nolong a customer. What a shame.

I went there to request a voided check and they didn't have any kind of equipment to assist me with this important requirement for student loans and i had to drive another 30 min to another branch which was closed earlier than the other branches and finally when i called they said that is the only branch that can print it. WHAAAT....A whole financial institution and one far-away branch only that can do a simple printing service ???
