I have never received so many calls AFTER refinancing. It was downright harassment. A company this desperate for customers must not be capable of gaining customers besides harassing people. 16 calls and 16 texts in 4 days. Pathetic

Stephen Sasso, loan advisor made this happen! He explained all aspects of the loan program, pushed folks to expedite, cleared obstacles as well as he could and kept in touch. Went through the entire process. Excellent credit. Home was appraised well within requirements. It stormed in NY the day of the appraisal so there was moisture in the basement. Not water, just some dampness in the basement. This is common with concrete block foundations in rural areas. They told me to get a statement from a contractor that all was fine. Did it! Told me to clean my gutters. They're always clean. Then they told me to hire an expensive engineer to do a structural study. You know what? Screw you! My home met your appraisal and has been standing since 1955. I met my end of the deal and did what was asked, they changed the rules and defaulted. I am still considering an attorney and filing as I met all of the obligations! Go with Quicken!
