Refinancing can be a chore. I gave our current mortgage company an opportuntiy to work with us and they failed. Tab (Aaftab) Hingora come to our rescue. He patiently listened to the ideas I had of paying off credit card debt. He compared the other offer and did much better. I give him 5 stars,( the underwriters a 4 star rating.) Over all, a very good experience.

Nick Newlon was my mortgage analyst and he really impressed me with a level of customer care that is very rare: from our very first contact I could tell that he genuinely cared about finding a solution, and was willing to think outside of the box and do what it takes. As an entrepreneur I’ve had many experiences with underwriters being very hesitant or finding it outright impossible to imagine possible solutions, and I dreaded the idea of “shopping for a mortgage”, prepared to receive nothing but rejections once again. Yet Nick believed in me from the beginning. Even in the initial exploratory phase, when many other lenders just fizzled out - Nick not only called back when he said he would, but he had taken thorough notes about my unique needs, and shared with me what he was looking for at his end to create the best possible solution. Once we started going through the paperwork, Nick held my hand every step along the way, facilitating communication between me and the underwriting team in a way that felt surprisingly easy. He ensured I also had direct contact info to his team (Bethany & Kristen) in case he might not be able to respond - but he always was there.
