Very friendly and pleasant to work with. I've been a customer for about 5 or 6 years now and they've never done me wrong. It would be nice if they offered direct deposit when you get a loan rather than mailing a check or having to pick it up but that's pretty much my only complaint.

They are very unprofessional, I came to pay my car off and they made me wait outside and so business with them from the door. I was unable to handle any other business due to it being cold outside and no one would let me in. They are very rude when talking to you in person and over the phone

It was unfortunate to see so many negative reviews. I am not thrilled about my APR but that's more of a me problem. We hit hard times especially during the pandemic. We we're fortunate to have several warnings and remained in contact to never experience a repossession. They also did not negatively affect our credit score on a late payment, we were grateful for that and have almost paid off our vehicle.

My vehicle was just repossessed today. I was only 2 months behind on my payments. The repo man said that many attempts were made to contact me well my phone has been off because I lost my job due to the corona shut down, but my phone number is only one method of contact listed in my file I never received an email or any physical mail. I can't believe that this company would do such a thing during this crisis. We are supposed to be working together, we are all in this together. Two months behind and no prior notice and they come and take away the only means of transportation I have. Thanks a lot Reliable Credit!!

This is my second time dealing with a rude customer service representative! So rude called to let them know my payment would be a little bit late since my payments from unemployment are being held up due to fraud issues the last two weeks and I just paid rent and am waiting for my payments to resume, he threatened that he didn’t have to wait the 30 days to reprocess my car and if I didn’t have a payment Monday he would push it thru- I’m not even close to 30 days late!!!! I can’t wait until I pay off my car and don’t have to deal with these rude people.

Wasn’t able to always complain about reliable credit but ever since the pandemic hit, these people have been the worst! My wife and I are hard work home owners that had to take in members of our family due to them loosing their jobs and pay all of our bills . We were one and a half months behind on our payment (from what they say but it was only $400) and they repo’d our car! Our payment was scheduled to come out on Oct 7th and for some reason didn’t go thru, but we didn’t check our account we checked their website (like we always due) to see if the money posted and sure enough it was posted. We take screenshots of all of our payments so of course we had proof. The representative Johnny said that sometimes it glitches! WTH! That’s not our problem!!! Now I’m in Retail Management so I can understand how it is dealing with customers but these people were rude , snotty, unprofessional, and will try to completely ROB you of all your earning! So we call down to get our car back and for the one missed payment you have to pay the ENTIRE loan amount! So $6,983.00 we have to pay! This is with us having 5 cars wit 10yrs of loyalty (this being our last and EVER!) and this is the customer service we get! THEY YELL AT YOU! Like REAL LIFE LOAN SHARKS!!! Argue with you when you tell them that they are not providing good customer service! Johnny is THE WORST MANAGER EVER! He needs to be DEMOTED to CUSTOMER! So we tell them how much we are able to pay because we have mortgage to pay and they come back with a number $1,000 more than what you told them! And we weren’t talking hundreds to them either! Just for Johnny to say “Ok so you can give us $1,500 on Friday and I’ll hold the car for the remainder $2k” so I’m other words YOU PAY FOR CAR YOU DONT GET TO USE! Then while we are on our way to pay the remainder of the entire loan ( BECAUSE WE ARE FED UP AND WILL NOT CONTINUE WITH THEM SO DECIDED TO PULL FROM OUR 401k to just pay the car off! ) They tell us rafter we pay we can call and book an appointment to get our car back from someone else! But DUE TO COVID THEY ONLY ACCEPT FEW PEOPLE A DAY AND CLOSES AT 3pm!!! BUT THEY WILL ALSO TRY TO NOT GIVE TOU THE INFORMATION TO SPEAK WITH THE PEOPLE TO GET YOUR CAR! (Which the lady I spoke with that has the car was very nice and told me everything I needed to do and she could get me in today if reliable credit sends our paperwork over quick enough) So now here I am worried because I had to argue with them that now they are going to take their time to send over the paperwork due to personal feelings of me going off on them! This is not how you should feel as a CUSTOMER!!! If we can’t get an appointment because they take forever I will have to wait over the weekend (WHICH I WORK WEEKENDS! ) to get my car back that I spent my savings on! Without getting reimbursed for my time now that I owe them nothing and they owe me! We should be able to charge back interest ! We are on our way down now so I may be writing another post soon! I will report them to the BBB because these people have a horrible rep and someone with POWER should hold them accountable! GO TO CREDIT CONCEPT if you need a loan. GO RO CREDIT CONCEPT IF YOU NEED A LOAN! I’ll write a Post about: CREDIT CONCEPT! In their page! STAY AWAY FROM THESE BULLIES! They need to fix their management! Danielle sucks also!

I refinanced my vehicles into one loan and the loan officer "Jade" was dishonest about the monthly payment saying it was 280 and when the loan was processed it turned out the payments jumped to 440. They financed it knowing the transmission was out in one of the vehicles. They required full coverage insurance on both vehicles even though one was not drivable. This left me paying almost 300 on insurance for both vehicles. I am a single parent this left me not being able to provide for my family for they would not even wave the requirement for full coverage on the car that didn't run. They would not work with me at all. I had no choice but to eventually surrender the vehicles. They picked one up but refused to pick up my other one and refused to release the title so I am stuck with this vehicle. I can't sell it or salvage it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In these times of uncertainty its not the time for financial institutions to pad there coffers with the sweat and blood of their fellow citizens.They are dishonest and will not work with you if you fall on hard times. A very unsatisfied former customer
