Rehab Medical, I have had an awesome experience with them from the very beginning of getting in contact with them, them coming and taking measurements, ordering, delivering and resolving any issues related directly with the power chair. I would recommend anyone to Rehab Medical for a power chair, very smooth process. The only issue I have/had with Rehab is on the back end with the billing, they refuse to bill for a portion of the chair that is non-covered by the insurance company so I can try and dispute the service through my insurance. Since they will not bill the non-covered service, I can't dispute it to try and get them to pay which in turn would reduce my out of pocket cost. I believe I could get it covered with the right medical documentation from my doctor but they won't even give me the chance to try and get it covered since they refuse to bill it to my insurance. Another issue is, I was overpaid and it took them 4-5 months to eventually get my overpayment returned back to me after many many calls to them about it. At one point and time, I was told the director had the physical check in his hand and all he had to do was mail it and it was still close to another 2-3 months before it was actually mailed and for me to receive it. Overall, 100% satisfied in regards to the chair itself and service, customer service, promptness etc., just not 100% satisfied with the back end operations.

Ridiculous! Always stuck talking to Monica who orders the wrong parts. Bill comes out and can’t fix anything right. Specifically talked to the manager and told them not to send Bill. They keep sending him. My power chair has been broke for over a month. This place is a joke. Just milking my insurance company!

First of all I was very excited to get my power chair. With my disablity it would help a lot. I received my chair and had to have minor adjustments or things fixed. The repairs were done in a timely manner. One repair tech showed up with calling ahead which was fine since my husband was working from home at the time. However, now I have a major problem. The chair stalls out while on an incline. I called my sales rep who put in a work order. A few days later (9/23/20) repair tech showed up without a call first. I wasn't home yet from dialysis. Missed him by about 10 mins I was told by my neighbors. The rep refused to wait. Which I understand, but was not happy about it. Since it took a week just to get things moving in the right direction. So I call the number on the massage that was on my door. Called the repair tech, he said I had to call scheduling. Called that number. Got voicemail. I left a message. Next day called again. Voicemail again. Left another message. Called the main number for repairs, they said they say the ticket for the repair. Said they would contact local office. CSR come back on the line and said no one was answering. CSR said left message and sent an email. No one has called back. After several call to this office all I get is voicemail and leave massages ,still no call back. Im very dispointed about the type of service. Avoid this place if you can. Upfront the service seems good. But later on it is not worth the trouble if you would need repairs.

This company is completely unbelievable! They were having issues getting my claims paid because the doctor information was not updated. They repeatedly tried to contact the doctor's office with no response, but at no time thought to contact me. I was initially told after my initial payment my chair was paid for. I have two insurance, one that is a very good private insurance through my husband's company,so I shouldn't have to pay that much out of pocket. However,now it is considered "late filing" and neither insurance is paying anything. If someone at their company had common sense and contacted me, I could have cleared this up in about an hour! I had NO IDEA that my chair wasn't all the way paid off, because that's what I was initially quoted. They are coming after me for payments and want to make a settlement for something my TWO insurances would have completely covered!!! Why didn't they call me? I think it is completely inhumane to come after a terminally ill patient for money that they initial said would be covered because they didn't contact me and file with my insurance in a timely fashion.

Wish I could give lower than 1 star. These people are very unprofessional. Took them 4 months to get my mobility chair in. Once it was in, I tried calling them several times to schedule a delivary time and date for them to deliver the chair. Everytime I called, every single time, no one answers, you have to leave a voice message for them to call you back. However, no one ever calls back. I had to call corporate office and they was able to get a hold of these people, and they transfered me to talk to the local office in Worthington Ohio. The lady lied, said I have never called or left a voice message, and that the chair is in, however the arm rest was broke so they had to re order another one and not sure when it would come in. They do not care about patients, and surely do not care about patients with medicare. This place needs new staff members in the office all together, or just get shut down period.

My salesman Austin Lembeck will not return any of my calls his manager will not return any calls very disappointed I may withdraw my order and go with a different company. Nothing has changed and they never put bad reviews on their website terrible customer service Im very disappointed cant pull my order or ill have to start all over again sad how the disabled are treated

Not impressed with this place at all. The techs they have working for them are either not well trained or are just incompetent. The staff lacks a sense of customer service and try their best to do as little as possible for the customer. Rehab Med's home office was more pleasant to talk to but, it still all comes back to the local office as the one servicing you.
