    I used Regions for many years when I lived in cities that had branches. We were happy to see that Lafayette had a branch, and near our home, and we opened a new checking account as soon as we got moved. Turned out to be a mistake on our part - this particular branch has the worst service I've ever encountered. We took our business across the street to Chase Bank and we've been amazed at the difference in service and professionalism.

    Worst bank ever! I have never been with a bank this horrible. Especially the older lady in the drive thru, never got her name, but thee rudest lady I have ever come in contact with. I have had a couple issues with some deposits I made and every time you ask these employees a question they ALWAYS tell you “well that’s not my job.” Then what is their job?? They move so slow. I have seen the line start to wrap around the building. I have had them tell me multiple times, while in the drive thru, “well we have a lobby you can use.” So I eventually got down and used the lobby and it is no better! Just as slow! I will forever make sure that I recommend people to never use this bank.

    First off it's a inconvenience to drive to this bank from where I live near the mall. When they use to have a branch around the mall. Second half the time i go to make deposits or withdraw funds the atm isnt working . Third online banking doesnt work sometimes. Fourth some of your staff is rude !!!!! I'm seriously considering in changing banks end of story

    This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I made two deposits in one month from one bank account to another. Both time my funds were made unavailable to me for ten days. Asking for help from the ladies at the South College Branch it like asking a group of kindergarten children to fix your problem.

    This branch is slow very, rude customer service. The drive thru has one teller that you can hear is very friendly to other drive thru customers, but then be very rude to me. Slow is an understatement at this branch. There is one teller Pamela that had a problem sending change back from a deposit stating we don’t do that for commercial account in the drive thru and may I add very rudely. How can the branch manager allow this to continue not to mention the Corporate office. I wish something would be done. Banking should be a pleasant experience.

    The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because of Cione Chatman. He is the one that initially helped me with depositing my savings bonds and was very sweet and professional, but Ms. Pam was very stand-offish and short with him whenever he asked any questions about them, like it was annoying her. Didn’t even acknowledge me really until there was something wrong with my I.D and then she said, “Well we can’t do nothing with those then. So cancel it.” And proceeded to open up another line. No sorry ma’am or nothing. Not mentioning this bank is over 30 minutes away from my house so I had to fix my stuff the next day and return. The second interaction was fine because she was at the drive thru window and I dealt with Mr. Chatman again, but I definitely will be taking my banking somewhere else if these are the type of people that regions continues to employ. I see from these other reviews that she’s been working here for at least a while and still hasn’t had any retraining of any kind, so until that’s fixed, I’ll gladly take the few dollar fee to be treated kinder closer to home.

    Very very rude customer service. I️ will be closing my account and switching banks. I have been banking with them for years and never had a problem. This branch is very unprofessional and required no help when dealing with MY money that I’m trusting them with by banking with them. It’s a shame that one branch and several attitudes by staff are ruining the reputation of Regions bank name. By the looks at the other comments, some changes need to be made to this branch.

    I just LOVE how we went from 3 to 1 Regions and they chose to leave THIS LOCATION OPEN...the location that has a broken ATM 28 out of the 30 days in a month, the rudest location, the slowest location.....I'm done with Regions. This was the LAST straw. Hello Chase.

    A private Client send me into there bank to cash a check I walk in the bank 10 minutes before closing and the tellers and staffs was very rude and pushy. The guy/teller walk up to me and ask if I was a customer I told him no he said remove your hat So I can help you, I ask why he stated it was policy. I look around and there were other customers with hats on, ask the teller so if I become a customer can walk into the bank with my hat on? Then Lydia Welsh the Financial Relationship associate walked up to me and say “take your check to your bank because we don’t have time for this” very very disrespectful unfortunately my organization was about to transferring our deposit to Region banks at the start of the new year however we will certainly bring our business to Home Bank. 2901 Johnston needs a lesson on Customer service.

    Worse customer service that we have experienced. I call the main office in Birmingham, FAX them as per their request, and a week later still no communication. This is why we had to close our checking, and now will move to other bank with our loan. Useless bank center. I have worked with Bank One, Bank of NY, Bank of Brazil, Bank of Switzerland, Broadview Savings, and if any of our banks had this type of customer service, and never experienced such reprehensible service.
