    that was my worst ever experience here, customer service guy just passing our time at the end told us your account been closed due to lack of documents however he got the documents on the day of account opening even we forgot our SSN at home he made us go bring to open account but at the end on 15 Feb 2022 he passed our time and told us your account been closed your rest funds will come to your mail box. who will guarantee customer receives cash through mail box even i shared issue with manager he just smiled, i need to talk to operations department of this bank and give his name and they can check their CCTV for further investigation.

    Rudest people at this bank! I went in to ask questions about the missing $124 out of my acct from a dispute and the last statement the old man said was "your not going to win against the bank " then when I started to say something else he interrupted me and said "is there anything else regions can help you with today" while he was looking at people in the line like he wanted to hurry and get rid of me so he could get the other people out. I am planning on finding another bank because I know I'm never going to get my money back and this will not happen again! The regions on Charlotte Pike were awesome and I loved them but I moved so don't get to see them anymore so two reasons why to get rid of this cochroach of a bank!

    Just close this branch Periodt!!!! ATMs are never properly… if you know your atm has been having problems all day why not put a sign out saying atm no longer in service instead they knowingly let customers pull up and hassle with this problem mechanism.. i rolled up to make a deposit just for the atm to eat my money and card and restart it’s self. Long day and just wanting to go home now I’m stuck going in the location which is so much of a inconvenience.. but of course I can go in this location and get a new card.. f that card.

    Despite having an account with Regions for years, this particular branch will not cash a payroll check unless u have that amount in full already in your account. They will deposit your check and hold funds but refuse to cash or even give partial cash back. No such problem at other branches. When I asked politely what was wrong that the check couldn't be cashed and partially deposited, the elderly gentleman responded, "As you already know, Regions does not do that." No, I didnt know, because my local branch or no other branch has ever refused to do that. I will never return to this branch again.

    No customer service. Rude manager Stopped there three times. Never again. Nippers corner and Hickory locations are so much friendlier. Every time I'm in Harding location I feel all they want to do is to get rid of me.

    Absolute nightmare dealing with this branch and exceptionally low customer service performed. Unfortunately my debit card was lost while traveling out of the state where my branch is located. I received the run around from customer service for over a week with very little effort or interest to resolve the issue. Was told there were no options on emergency funds or any other service "they" would be able to help with. Sad and poor judgement call. Save yourself the stress and trouble and avoid Regions Bank altogether.

    The tellers are very rude at this location. This is not the first time They have been rude to me. They never ask me for a card or anything to get change. Then today one lady decides to ask me for a card and lies and says they only give change to account holders. I go there all the time. She just chose to not give me change. The people who do give me change were looking at her and didn't even say any thing. I guess they get to pick and chose who they want to assist.

    They have like 5 or 6 teller stations but only one teller working at lunch, which is probably the busiest time in the day for people to get something done at the bank really quick. The teller was super nice but a 15 minute wait in line in this day and age is ridiculous.
