    It's a Saturday ATM is always down. And I've waited in drive thru line more than 20 mins just put cash in the bank. Why is this place so slow? 20 mins just to deposit money.

    The representative told me he could not disclose information about an account due to privacy laws, then proceeded to tell me anyway. Watch out for your own account privacy!! Move your accounts somewhere, anywhere else.

    Today I attempted to deposit 2 checks, the same 2 checks I successfully deposited several weeks ago. The Attendant informed me that she would not make the deposit today. I explained to the Attendant that I did so several weeks ago without an issue and I was confused as to why? Suddenly another Attendant to whom I was not speaking to snapped at me and said in a condescending, rude manner 'She's not doing it!!! She also went on to say that the Attendant that made the previous deposit would be in trouble. I've been a loyal customer for more than 25 years and I'm very displeased with the terrible customer service I received today. Don't become frustrated with me due to your inconsistencies. Clean your own house!!!

    Very impressed with Regions bank today. They have a huge sign with their phone number on it on the lobby doors. It states they only take appointments right now and to please call. When I called, they asked me a series of questions which pertained to covid/exposure. Once I went in, there were plexiglass dividers at the desk and significant distance between everyone inside. This made me happy for the people who work there and as a customer. It's nice to see a business working hard to protect their employees. As a severely immunocompromised person I felt very comfortable. 👌👍

    Horrible service! So rude and disrespectful. This location doesnt even deserve the one star I gave it. Lana and Fernando are the absolute worst. I already filed a complaint once on Fernando a year ago and Regions promised this would never happen again but here we are again. Who is above Lana for this location because I promise I am going to make this a HUGE deal. I'm so over this bank! I suggest you all start banking with SunTrust which I should of from the beginning

    First teller was great and helpful. The other was not to say the least. Instead rather rude and went out of there way to delay and frustrate. Instead of following what is requested.

    Had to stop banking here, the manager was not helpful but all of the staff where. Too many fees for silly things started to incur on my Business account.

    I have been with Regions Bank for over 15 years and I absolutely hate them now . Terrible customer service. I will be switching banks ASAP
