I regret I gave them so many chances. Their customer service is WORST. How do you think they got 2.8 star rating? The worst food business has average 3.5 while this office with unprofessionals has 2.8 which means to me these people do not have any clue how to treat people and run their business. God bless this country! We have so many options. Stay away!

I’ve heard bad things about Region’s service and today I confirmed how right it is. I spoke with Robin and she didn’t seem to want to help me at all. I bank with US Bank and I can tell you they have OUTSTANDING service. I was considering opening an account but decided against it since with my very first call to them went how it did. If you’re looking for someone to bank with that has great service, don’t come here! I strongly recommend US BANK!

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location in particular. Pooja Bery. Lost my debit card while out of town and received the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 38yrs. Little to no effort or interest in trying to help resolve the issue. Save yourself the stress and troubles dealing with this branch and Regions Bank altogether. Honestly.

Terrible rude people they have working. I have overdraft protection and never had issues. They are speaking at tome like a child. I’m pulling my money out ASAP. Unacceptable. Don not use them.

I waited 5 minutes at the drive through window today, closest to the bank. The teller not only never waited on me, she never looked at me. She talked to another employee for a while, walked around eventually came back and waited on the car next to me.

branch manager has changed several times / they can't keep tellers , the drive thru , you might as well be going it , you can be the only one in line and still takes 15 , sometimes 25 mins to get serviced and the bank has maybe 3 customers in it . . I've been banking with regions since before they were regions over 17 yrs ,and have never been so disgusted with the service as I have this branch and it's my new home area branch i'm just sad . and it is sad too . the bank has forgotten this branch and just has let it go to hell in a hand basket , so now I have to drive 8 miles to my old branch and do business , i'm for the first time in 17 yrs thinking of changing banks ! same thing , I gave it a shot this morning , just this instant got back home , drive thru, they are like we don't know you we need your ID / I sd " I 'll be right in , went in and not a teller or mgr there from the staff of the regular week , and the guy being ugly to me told me a loan servicer was a mgr and I told him he was a damn lie there is no mgr there this am they literally are all fill ins i'm contacting corporate on this mgr she is dead in hot water over this one and , to treat a 17 yr customer so wrong is terrible this day and time .

I've done my banking here for many years. The employees are always courteous and helpful. It is a convenient location, and offers a drive through as well.

Came into the bank at 4:10 to get a wire and despite being open for another hour they had cut off service. And they were just generally unhelpful
