I have been waiting in the drive thru for about 45 minutes in the window. I work for a retailer. I am confused on how there is no sense of urgency on moving the line. This isn't getting any better today I have been waiting behind this vehicle for the past 35 minutes not sure what takes so long to move this line I have seen about four pull out of the line because of the waiting time. I come here because the retailer I work for has our business bank here. Otherwise I will not come to the location.

This bank is so bad with dealing with people first off u call them and it takes forever to get a answer if they even decide to answer and then when u talk to them they take so long just to help you. This bank needs to be Audited because they don’t do there job right. If you guys see this get better with your bank

Absolutely the worst in customer service! Save yourself a trip and go to another branch. The staff here gives Regions a bad name. Poor customer service and lack of empathy shouldn’t be the face of any banking institution! Almost took all of my money out! Edit: Thank you Luis for rectifying the situation

It is very rare that I review anything on Google but this bank is sooo terrible I have too. Literally always slow, they’ll have a line full of people and only have 1 maaaybe 2 tellers, randomly closed on days they should be open, the atm NEVER is accepting deposits when they are closed. The atm has eaten my money so many times causing me to have to call then wait 5 days for them to investigate. It’s is ridiculous. Go to any other bank if possible. Save yourself the frustration.

SLOW! All the old people come here to spend the day and hang out for as long as possible, open their safe, ask all the freaking questions they can & flirt with the staff. Came with a toddler and waited for 45 min so far....it will probably be a 1 hour wait time by the time they let me in. The girl who attended me was actually nice, so my rating was edited from 1 star to 3. Please manage your time with clients better, maybe ask what transaction people are trying to do so you may free up higher lever authorized personel to handle those transactions while people looking to kill time can stay chatting with staff with limited access.

If I could give this bank as a whole a 0 I would-the worst bank to work with EVER-they closed out my account without my knowledge-after baking with them for 10 years and never having an issue under a few months ago when my identity was stolen-rather than giving me options to secure my account even more-they just didn’t want to deal with it. The worst!!!! At all costs stay away from regions!

I have been calling this branch NON STOP for the past 6 days and they NEVER pick up the phone. I have an urgent matter and I need to speak to the manager and im unable to go in person because I’m out of state at the moment and they have my account locked. Now I can’t even access MY money to buy a ticket back home and get this resolved because the 1-800 number told me that the only way I can get my account fixed is by speaking to my branch... I’m so angry and frustrated with this bank. It’s been nothing but one problem after the next since I opened the account. I need them to reach out to me one way or another ASAP.

I absolutely always regret coming to this location to make deposit for my office. Always such a slow service!! Waiting in drive thru line for over 50 mins. Just ridiculous!!! And it's not the first time, it's VERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Hallelujah! I finally found a bank!!! After going through 3 different banks I finally found a bank who knows how a checking account should work. My check card and pre-paid card all worked on the first try! In addition, David San Miguel, Luis Daugherty, and 2 other bankers (I'm sorry I never caught their names) worked diligently to assist me with an issue and resolved it completely in less than 2 days. It wasn't even an issue they had any control over, but they took the reins and handled it in record time to take care of me. I'm very happy with the way my banking relationship has started with Regions Bank, and I hope it continues! I highly recommend them at the Rio Pinar branch.

So I left my debit card in the ATM machine. Again! I am a moron. I thought it was going to be a big hassle. Lo and behold I walk into this branch and everybody was so helpful! My goodness. Nothing beats excellent customer service as far as I'm concerned. Smiles all around and I was not treated like a burden. Because often I feel like a burden. I like human interaction of this nature.
