    This is the 2nd time that Regions has failed me as a long-time customer! After receiving a letter last week that they would be sending my new card out, I just received a denial letter. The reason: not providing an income document- and for a secured card that was of no risk to them! They never even asked me for any documents, which I easily would have provided on the same day. Now, they say I have to come back in person again to reapply, which I will not do. I will go to another bank to do business. If you want a bank that takes care of it's own, do NOT bank with Regions. I plan to close out my accounts the first quarter of next year. :( UPDATE: I did give Tyler my phone number and he called me to discuss things on Jan. 3rd. He said he would look into the situation and get back with me. But, he still has not called me back in over 2 weeks now and ignored my follow up email from 5 days ago. In the meantime, another company already approved me and sent the same card that Regions initially approved me for in person, before retracting the approval. So, the 'Response from the owner' was only for PR purposes....as there was no effort by Regions to make things right.

    Drive through is always slow as molasses, even when I'm the only car there. 20+ minutes just to get an acknowledgement that I'm there, not to mention addressing what I came for.

    impossible to reach a branch member by phone. Construction loan process has been the worst experience ever overall. Not this specific branch fault. Company as a whole is terrible. They make you waste tons of money to jump through hoops that others do not do. Nobody requires termite treatments for an new home in neighborhood. Throwing money away.

    Very horrible bank The Asistant Manger and the Bank Branch manger are very rude, I opened an checking account and savings online and deposited my 1 buck in each account in person at this Branch and never got told about any holds or anything that would stop me in the future from getting my money. I walk in today to withdraw my check from my job I sent them and after waiting a long time in line the assistant manager took me in a room and was very rude he told me I can't get my money because of an charge off account from 7 years ago which mind you they never told me nothing about when I made my 1 buck deposit and even came in another time because my card was stolen. I said this is bs and then assistant manager kept repeating well your out of luck and there's nothing I can do for you so I ask to speak with Branch manger and he does the same thing I told him I need myomey today to pay my car note and he tells me that anybody can open an account online and that's one of the reasons you can't get your money plus the account from 7 years ago so I told him that is bs so he told me to get out and hes calling the police on me I said why because I am upset and cause I said this is bs and when I went to the door he followed me and telling me to hurry up get out while putting his chest almost right up against mine so I said no I won't leave and what are you going to do hit me....so I went outside and got my mom cause she wanted to talk to them they both was very rude to my mom. So after leaving and calling customer service I found out that only things I had to do was sign a signature card and I could gotten my money and he also said he is closing my account without my permission and he send my money in a check without my permission. So now I have no money to pay bills and I will be getting a lawyer this is a horrible bank to bank with I truthfully feel if I was white they would helped me all he had to do was call customer service like I asked and I could of gotten my money. So now there pressing legal action against a guy who just wanted his money and this all still bs for to go through. So I will be getting a lawyer!

    Went to two different ATMs on two separate parts of town and both ATMs were out of service. Absolutely unacceptable. This and all the nonsense fees they charge are part of the reason I'm switching to a credit union very soon. Avoid this bank at all costs they are a joke

    2weeks 4 days haven't gotten my bank card said 3-5 business days then 7-10 now they dont have an excuse DO NOT BANK HERE!!!
