The usually only have one teller inside and it takes forever!! If you go to the one in downtown Tyler not only do you get changed to park but they also charge to cash their own check. Not a good bank.

I am not one to care much for banks in general. However, Regions Bank has always been extremely co-operative with every challenge that I have brought to them. Their employees are always polite, friendly, and professional.

Poorest banking service I’ve EVER seen!! Wish I could give them ZERO stars!! Won’t even answer the phone. But, it’s obvious, from reviews, they don’t care. Please don’t try to open a checking account and get temporary checks. Seriously WORST BANK EVER!!

This is the most sorry bank I have ever been an account holder of. Work service and charge you fees for something that is not even your fault. Do not bank with them they will steal your money!

1 employee there that never has a smile never says thank you and has terrible customer service. And when I get change she just throws my stuff around and doesn’t care. If you hate your job that much just quit !!! I hope they do something about her.
