This is one the B-E-S-T branch of Regions Bank. They care and it shows with exceptional customer service. The brach manager, Ms. Arteaga greeted me as soon as I walked in even though she was in middle of a transaction. In addition, she was able to accomodate me for opening an account same day at about five minutes before closing time. Ms. Cruz went beyond the call of duty and very patient in assiting me with detail in opening the account. Thank you for your help, keep up a great work

The Branch Manager Antuane Arteaga is the most rudest unprofessional manager I’ve ever come across in Regions with absolutely no customer service, because of her I choose to end my 2-3 year commitment to this bank and I DONT regret it. Ask for ORLANDO if you want someone who actually cares to LISTEN to you instead of trying to make sure your proven wrong before even listening to the customer. She was literally arguing with me and got mad I wouldn’t just LET her talk to me with attitude or go into her office because I wanted to stay with the assistant already working with me because he has better customer service so she threatened to call the cops to have me kicked out because I refuse to deal with her bad attitude. I literally laughed and told her call them but she knew she couldn’t because she was just trying to use her title as an intimidation I had all rights as a regions banker for 2-3 years to ask questions concerning my account, but because I didn’t want her to take care of me she wanted to call the cops. I have her attitude on video and I had to record it for legal matters. I closed my account today because of her attitude and it feels great! DO NOT BANK WITH REGIONS AND IF U DO DONT GO TO THE SOUTHCHASE BRANCH !!

Are you sick and tired of going to ATM’s, only to find out that they are properly functioning? Are you sick of your current bank not charging you unnecessary fees? Are you angry that your banking app does not look like it was developed by a team of monkeys in the 90s? If you said yes to any of these questions, come on down to regions, where we will go out of our way to make sure you hide all of your money under your mattress.
Hi, Mohsen. We'd like to learn more about each of these concerns. If you send us an email to [email protected] with more information and contact information, we'll be sure to reach out. -Tyler

Absolute joke, sit for a half hour in the lobby without even being acknowledged or helped. What a third rate bunch of bankers who aren't qualified to greet people at Walmart. I'm closing my account here
We don't want to see you go! If you send your phone number to [email protected], we'll call to learn more about your recent experience. -Tyler

I had the best Customer experience in this branch. One associate stood out the most and gave me the best customer service I could ever have in a bank. Andrea Zurita is a cut above the rest, she took the time to help me express sympathy when I was troubled with my bank issue and solve my problem with a smile. This store is a 5 out of 5 Andrea is a 10 out of 5 thank you for you're incredible service!

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service at my new bank. In November I signed up for an email promotion that advertised a $200 incentive for opening a new checking account. About 2 weeks later, I took the email promo code i received to the bank to open up a new checking account and savings accounts for my small business. I explained to the associate that I did not receive direct deposit because I was an independent contractor, and he reassured me that I would still meet the requirements to receive my incentive if I used my checking card at least 10 times a month. I also inquired about the refer a friend bonus, and he told me we could apply for both promotions but he was unsure if you could use them together. We parted ways with the understanding that I would expect $200 for opening the account, and $50 for being refered. 120 days I learn that was indeed not the case. The associate had interpreted the requirements incorrectly, which stated that I needed direct deposit AND (not OR) 10 swipes on my card monthly. When I contacted customer service, I was informed bluntly that the bank would not be held responsible for the associates misinterpretation of the promotion, and that I should have paid more attention to the terms and conditions that I had agreed to. As a business owner I understand the importance of regulations; however, I expect my bank to act with integrity. I expect a corporation to take responsibility for their associates mistakes. Instead, the customer service agent told me they would not and the bank should, and the bank told me they would not and I should call customer service. I don't expect to have my time wasted in a run around, or spend 30 minutes trying to navigate an automated phone system just to ask a simple question. When I went to open the account a few weeks after signing up for the promotion, do you think I was re-reading the fine print or asking the associate to outline the requirements so I could be prepared to meet them. Long story short, my new bank has not met my professional expectations and I will be looking for another place to help grow my new business. Additionally, the $50 dollar gift card that I had received and was planning on saving for a special occasion had expired. It was a disappointing experience.

The absolute worst bank you can ever bank with. They stole over 4K in a account that was closed for months and now refuse to give me my money or answer my calls
Our apologies for any frustrations this has caused. We'd be glad to learn more regarding your concerns to forward to the appropriate channel. To further discuss feel free to email us at [email protected]. -Trish
