Regions Bank E Peach St, El Dorado

Excellent service and the people are beyond friendly. Exceptional customer service, and don't waste your time. They get you in and out, and everything done really fast. I would recommend opening and account with them for anyone who was looking for a good banking firm to handle your financial needs.

This bank is understaffed if you go right at noon, but if you go when you're not in a big rush, the staff is extremely helpful. They are kind and patient, and helped me take care of some fraudulent charges on my account, after my credit card information was stolen. They were able to look up the charges on my account, and they issue me a bank credit for all of the fraudulent spending, while they worked on reversing the charges. I was extremely grateful to get all of my money back the same day, and know that my bank was looking out for me and protecting me from theft. Recently, I also overdrew my account because I forgot a bill was coming out. They regions staff waved the overdraft fee since it was my first time overdrawing. That time it was completely my fault, and they just forgave me and gave me a freebie. I'm with regions for life!

Occasionally understaffed but the folks they do have are very polite and friendly.

Worst Bank ever they close Accounts without even letting you know And when u call they can’t even tell you why You can never get in touch with your branch and they Just Suck Seriously Don’t bank with Them I have 4 Different banks and this is the worst by far

There are not enough tellers for the drive through at lunch time!!! Waiting in line for 10 minutes with only two other cars is ridiculous!!! It is this way all the time. Not acceptable!!!!
