Terrible customer service, go to another branch. Never have tellers! There are folks sitting in cubicles who will not service you even though they notice a long line and only two tellers.

When there on 8/7/20. I arrive at 8:35am and sat by the drive thru window. I want to be the first in line. Because they're usually busy. There were a few cars behind me. We all waited to make deposits. Wait until 9:00am. I saw that the lights weren't on and no teller at the window. There no sign saying that they were temporarily closed on the window. Sign only saying that if you want to do business in the lobby, you have to make an appointment. The sign was by the exit. Telling you go to Poplar Ave. Drove out there. It was closed. Only the ATM was open. Waste 2 hours of my time.

This bank is a hit or miss. Sometimes the experience is very fast, but most times you will be waiting for quite a while. The customer service is usually pretty good though. I am always greeted by the security guard which is nice, and gives the customer more peace of mind. I wouldn't make any special trips, but go here if its the closest bank to you.

I guess 5p closing time is optional. No matter that I'm a long standing business customer with multiple accounts, both business and personal. No matter that I needed to make deposit to cover payroll. No matter I need change to service the few customers I have. No matter that I need to pay my light bill. Thanks Regions!

I have been to this location 6 times in the past 3 weeks with business transactions and it's sad to say that I have never encountered such a nasty experience in any other banks that I have an account with. Although I dont have an account with Regions (Anymore) for this reason. I think its has a lasting effect on who customers choose to do business with, all on how they are treated with an establishment. I surely hope that this location change their employee's approach when it comes to their attitude. Having a since of urgently goes a long way with customer in the banking industry.

Terrible customer service especially Kianna. I was lied to about when emergency funds would be available. I was sent a letter stating they had confidential information that my wealth management company Waddel and Reed would not honor their check. There was no apology no compassion and it was clear Regions is not interested in keeping me as a customer.

The Regions employees at the branch bank(s) are great, however, Regions is apparently based in Alabama. If you have a problem, the employees at the branch have to call the main office, and all you get is "double-talk" from the people at the Regions main office. For example, Regions owes me 1,535 Relationship Rewards Points, but the Regions main office has repeatedly refused to credit me with them, even though the employees at the Regions branch agree with me, therefore, I'm closing my Regions account. My advice: Go with another bank!

Nothing ever works at this branch. The employees, the drive through ATM, NOTHING. I'd rather drive all the way to Cordova to use the Germantown Pkwy branch. You're gonna spend as much time in the line at the Summer Ave location as you would driving out there.

My husband banks with them and he loves it. Hes in the process of getting a bank loan but I banked with them and they shut my account off over .40 cents... then sent me a check for .40 cents like someone is really going to cash it... people have different experiences I guess.

The people at the counter were very nice, but the wait was insane, I had 9 people in front of me and 4 people behind me when I walked in today at 1:40, I didn’t leave until 2:11, so it took me thirty minutes to get cash out, which is insane.
