Regions Bank S Sherwood Forest Blvd, Baton Rouge

This is the worst bank and tellers in the history of banking, the ATM was down so I tried to go inside of course the door was locked at 1pm on a Tuesday. So I drive to the drive through asked if I could get 500, they took my bank card and license come back 20 minutes later, saying I need a bank slip so I filled it out 15 minutes later she come and tells me I didn't date it. So I just got my card back a went to chase and payed the 3.75 fee.. I'll happily get all my money and go elsewhere

I just walked in at around 12:20 and lady was like I’ll be with you in a moment. I wish I was lying to you but she was at her chair stirring her coffee and drinking it. I really couldn’t believe my eyes. A good 2 minutes passed by. She wasn’t doing anything important and didn’t seem to care. I just left without being taken care of. Never coming back to this location. Very aggravating

The lady that worked the window was very professional and sweet. She let me know step by step what she was doing. She was working the commercial window.
