Regions Bank S Ferdon Blvd, Crestview

Horrible customer service from this bank location, checks can be legitimately verified and still turned down. Unfriendly clerks, unable to keep adequate amount of staffing, Bank manager unprofessional… will be closing account and switching banks after dealing with this Crestview location branch…..

Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it! I borrowed 50,000 and made my payments faithfully. I still owe 40,000 after 5 years of paying even though I was told it would be paid off in 7 years. I've been applying extra every month. I'm being penalized for paying early and paying extra! I spoke with customer service from the corporate office and told the lady that doesn't make any sense! How in the world can you penalize someone for paying early, much less extra! So all that extra money I have been paying has been going to a penalty that I didn't even know I had. They are crooks just like Chase Manhattan. I sent in the payment each month as soon as I got the bill. They were holding my payments and when I called they said, "we can't help how long it takes the payment to be processed." Crooks people!

Definitely not like the Regions branches in Fort Walton Beach or Shalimar. Have a checking account for years and now they want to question why I have a certain number of cards linked to my account. Honestly, it is MY preference and should not be an issue. Haven't had that issue before at any Regions bank. As long as my account has not been compromised it should not be an issue.

The group at the crestview branch are amazing and friendly every time I go in there. they make me fill like we are friends or family alway more than helpful

The associates here always so polite and helpful, my card was stolen and they were able to replace it through the drive through due to the lobby closure. Definitely recommend.

Helpful friendly Staff. No long lines inside or at drive thru. Online banking services easy to navigate. Rewards program nice to have.

This branch is easily seen from 85 traveling N o S. The employees are friendly, helpful n give me a warm welcome EVERYTIME I bank at this branch. No long lines with very little wait time. I prefer going inside the bank vs using drive thru, which, at times has 10+ wait time

Don’t bother depositing your paycheck here, even if you have an account and have been with them for years and always deposit your check here because one day, out of the blue, FOR NO REASON, they’ll decide to hold the one paycheck you get a month for ELEVEN days during a global pandemic. It’s not like I have a mortgage to pay, a newborn to feed, groceries to get, etc. Regions is garbage and has no right to withhold money.

Love Banking here, never had any issues. Wonderful staff
