**************STAY AWAY FROM REGIONS************ This particular branch is extremely unprofessional. I had this account since the ending of last year and my experience with them has not be good at all. The staff isn’t that knowledgeable and needs to be educated on the basics of customer satisfaction and how to execute on what they tell the customer. Anthony and other staff would make promises that they didn’t keep or couldn't keep and now my funds will not be available for me to pay rent until Monday. As soon as I get a chance, I’m switching banks.

This place is unprofessional.. the bankers picked 3 other clients over me. Nobody asked if I was helped or anything of that nature. Window bankers have no idea what a direct deposit sheet is!!??

I am a store manager from the premium outlets. I came at 11:30am to get a change order. Drove all the way back to my store to find out it was $215 short. I called and they told me to come back. I had to sit and wait for a specific teller to come back from break now my change run has been almost 1.5 hours. The teller that apparently is the only one who can handle change orders is prioritizing drive through customers rather than fixing my initial change order. Never had an issue with a bank not counting money correctly. Good for everyone to know.

Ive had issue at other branches However, Banker,Grant Absolutely one of thr best. He is honest,respectful and makes me understand everything very well.Definatley can be trusted.

I bank with them for my company and I can honestly say every time I go the teller Susan is the most cheerful , pleasant and great customer service that I have met in a bank and a long time good job Susan keep it up

Customer service here is good. Tellers are helpful. It's an old building which I normally don't like.

never had such of bad custumer service over an hr and still waiting i have never had experience something like this in another location other People gotas tired of waiting.....

Good bank but also could use some service improvement!

I've been waiting for 45 minutes to see someone. The people here seem to have no sense of urgency.
