I have been a customer of Regions for many years and I've always had a good experience at all of their branches, this one being no exception. Customer service is friendly , timely, accurate, superb. I read a comment here pertaining to Spanish language being the main language being spoken. UTTERLY FALSE. The staff address clients in Shakespeare's tongue each and every time. However, should a client speak in a foreign language then the staff will do their best to accommodate. I've heard the staff RESPOND in Spanish to clients, yes. I believe this is part of good customer service , i.e. attempting to help your clients in the best way possible and make them feel comfortable: that's what we do here, in America. I'm sure if someone from, say, Slovenia, came in with a thick accent and broken English the staff would do their very best to provide them with top of the line customer service. America, what a great country, ah? As to timeliness, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes on line, ever. I don't know what these other people here are talking about. To recap, great, location, great service, great staff.

The new branch manager and her assistants were unbelievably helpful and very courteous. The Branch manager welcomed me at the door, shook my hand, and offered me coffee and Cuban pastries or fruit. Been a customer of that bank for over 30 years thru many different banking institutions. Have never been welcomed or felt more at home than when I visited it last Friday March 25, 2016. So I went to this regions because it was closer to my in laws. I was doing them a favor to deposit a check. So I went to the drive thru, automatically the teller started to speak to me in Spanish. I don’t speak well in Spanish but felt uncomfortable because she kept on when I responded to her in English. When she noticed I spoke with her in English, she kept on and responding to me in Spanish told me do I need anything else and I said yes. She just walked away from the window. This bank is poor located. It’s one way In And one way out. So I had to back up from the drive through and use my three point turn to park the car. When I went inside my luck same lady that assisted me was the one that assisted me inside. She kept speaking to me in Spanish when I responded to her in English. Very terrible experience in that bank. I will go out of my way to go to a different bank.

Terrible experience. I went there and was planning on open up a business account. When I entered that branch, it was empty. I didn't see any employees at first. I went to the table to write down my name and saw there were already other customers waiting. Every desk where a employee usually sits, was empty. Behind the counter I finally found 3 employees having a personal conversation while customer were waiting. I left and decided that I open up my business account somewhere else due that bad customer service I had to experience.

Horrible service and unprofessional manager, I requested to open an account I ended with 4 accounts, the Manager has no clue how to fix the issues after my accounts was in hold for more than a week, her solution to close the account??, Horrible and inconvenience services, avoid the headaches and found other bank

Be wise. I opened an account for minimal use. Strictly for direct deposit being I have multiple accounts at other organizations. With that said the system is set ALA Wells Fargo’s old system that ended in a national law suite for fraud on pending transactions DATE in order to hit you with USF fee’s at $36.00 each. I have taken screen shots of my mobile app. Proven to bankers that the charges are fraud. And nothing has been about it. I have paid well Over $1000.00 in USF fee’s dating back to January. Even under these hard times that we are all Short on money. If anyone at all wants proof. Wants details as I have been documenting each daily report of transactions for the past 6 months after each and every transaction. Please feel free to contact #lawyers #bankers #regionsceo I would love to have my 2 cents made a point nationally. Or even world wide. These corporations bully us threw the system. They make millions if not billions on ilegal charges on the hard working Americans of these country. Let’s make it a POINT!!!!!

The service is horrible the employees are not friendly rude and the way they speak as if they are at the backyard barbecue. I have 6 years of former banking experience and this eoukd not be tolerated anywhere. Shame on corporate for allowing such classless people representing them. Run to Bank of America or Chase

I went to this bank cause the other is closed I going do my normal every day bank run!! For work and this bank tells me theres two deposit is wrong so I checked and everything is correct I just need change back and they told me they dont give change back when its commercial it has to be exact change I was like what!?! they always give change back that dont make no sense what kind of bank dont give change back!!!!!

I got to this location 5 minutes before 5:00 pm and the man very nasty actually just close on my face and he was very rude he does not deserve to work in those institution
