Regions Bank Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville

Well my account got hacked and I got charged 116.00. I called my bank and this was taken care of right over the phone I didn't even have to go in to resolve the issue. On the other hand I did have to go in to get my card. If you need a new card asap their are only certain branches that can do this. I know the one on Bob Wallace by whole foods and the one on university by Jordan lane does. And if you don't know when your account gets hacked they automatically discontinue your card. I wasn't told this. Just FYI

The sign on the door says it's open. But the locked doors and no one in the drive thru window says otherwise....

Myself and many people I know have had really bad experiences with this particular bank at this particular location. We have had problems with our accounts not correctly showing the right amount of money in their computers. Then when we try to talk to someone about it we are told the computer never makes mistakes. So we point out that a person has to put numbers into the computer and no person is perfect and we offer to show them our records. They agree to look at them but the manager NEVER will meet with us. No matter how many times we go ,no matter how long we wait, it goes on and on. She is always too busy to see us if the bank owes us money. That is Regions I know so many people who are thinking of leaving or have left. I left because of this branch's manager and Region's policies about 4 years ago and gave up and lost money when I withdrew all my money. I recently found out that a close friend of mine is going through almost the same complaint with the exact same branch manager at this Regions branch whom she's been trying to talk to for a long time!! She's short a lot of money in her account too. The assistant manager seemed very nice and wanted to help but he says only the branch manager has the power to handle such matters and he would tell me when to come to see her. But she wouldn't see me even after many months of coming in to see her!! I tried to complain to Regions Bank but I was told the decision must be made by the branch manager where I opened my account. If Possible I would give this branch and Regions Bank 0 Stars.

I went to the drive thru and was greeted by Barbara Lancaster. She took care of my transaction in a prompt and courteous manner with a smile. Thanks Barbara!

If I could rate this bank and the people who work here especially Lashindra on N. Memorial Parkway less than than one star I definitely would. I have never been treated so rudely in my whole life. I'm sorry if you don't like your job, by your attitude I assume it's one of the few that you can get but that's not my fault

Yesterday my son and I visited this location to open him up a checking account and I am his payee and we spoke with a young lady by the name of shron I'm not sure this is how you spell it forgive me if I spell it incorrectly and she was very helpful very informative courteous it was greatly appreciated she took the time out to explain everything that was needed and what account will be best for him so thanks again for your great service it is greatly appreciated

This is the slowest Regions bank that I know of .. even when there is no line , I have to wait 15 to 20 min
