I have always been greeted with a smile, have to wait a few if busy needing someone for opening account but in the shores branch I have never had more then 2 people in front if me. I love my branch. Always helpful and accommodating

Drive thru is all they have unless you schedule appointment. I always get same teller and they are soooooo slow. Can't understand teller at all. I avoid regions in Silver Spring Shores and drive alway to summerfield just because more professional

Everyone is friendly. In three years I've never experienced any errors, though they failed to set me up with the best kind of accounts in my circumstances and I later had to go back to change those. The low rating is because the wait time inside is OUTRAGEOUS and the drive-through wait time is UNACCEPTABLE. In all my 67 years I've never had a bank that was so gosh dang SLOW and understaffed!

This bank and this branch is absolutely terrible. Do not get an account here if you are thinking about it. They lied to us and stole money from us and even if they setup your notifications for you to be notified when transactions happen you won't receive them resulting in overdrafts that they do nothing about even tho you are supposed to be protected. We wanted to close our account and without asking they took whatever we had in savings and paid overdrafts without asking us when we just wanted to withdraw it. These people are a joke and don't care about you. Beware of this branch and bank!!!

the staff at this bank are useless, went to belleview with a payroll check previous frida cashed deposited no problems, come here and oh gotta make a big deal make calls and hold me up, plus it's offensive when the start speaking spanish in front of you, which I speak and it's uncalled for to speak of a longtime account holder the wav they were talking should be zero stars

Why not hire enough people to get the Job done? Is that such a bad idea when it comes to your customers??

They can improve, speeding up the transactions, on the other hand friendly staff.
