I was told that I would hear back from Tish by the next business day. I never did. Not to mention she didn’t explain herself well. And I didn’t get a good feeling about her. I went with another bank and got a better rate.

Absolutely terrible bank. I cannot wait to close my account. Lobby is never open even during business hours. When they are, there’s maybe one teller even on Fridays! ATMs are operable maybe 50% of the time as well.

I've been using this bank about a decade. I have only had very brief experiences with other banks in another state, so I don't have much to compare, but it's also the bank my dad uses. They know me and are friendly and efficient and polite. They have helped waver fees and are reasonable if you talk to them about situations that pop up. They're prompt about fixing any issues should they arise. I wish there were more Regions ATMs outside of the bank... that's really my only complaint at the moment.

Evidently these ladies don't like to do their jobs at this location. Not only did I try and call 3 different times but when I happened to get someone the 3rd time someone named "Gina" I think? Answered the phone, and I asked her a question about the information on my account that I need and she starts talking to someone next to her ignores me then hangs up in my face. I try to call back 2 more times and they ignore me. I will NOT be banking at this location anymore and if you can't do your job correctly go home until you can. Ridiculous

I have 4 business accounts here and 1 personal. After years of frustration not being able to get check images in a timely manner, not getting good response times, and not even being able to have my statements emailed to me for the year (the claim firewall security - I’ve just had it. This is what they do as a profession. These things should be push button and instant. But they aren’t. The people are so nice but the features/services are awful if you are an entrepreneur.

After leaving the drive through and realizing that I wasn't given the change ($20) from the $50 cash deposit I made I called immediately. I was advised by Doris that they are not able to give change to a commercial account. Which is understandable, but I advised that they should have told me that when I was there, so I was aware and because our office doesn't keep cash on hand I asked how we needed to proceed. I was advised that there wasn't a solution and that they have to rely on their own math ($50-$20=$30), even though the math was also done on the deposit slip. The way Doris handled this was extremely rude and unprofessional especially considering we have a long term business account with them. UPDATE: After going back to the bank to have this resolved Paula handled it very professionally and kindly. I really appreciate this.

I have been using this bank for years basically because of the customer service and the people who work there. I am however very disappointed in the change of hours that remove my capability of doing personal banking after work instead of having to get up early on Saturday.

Opened an acct. Cant activate the online banking. Waited on hold for 15 mins for Jacob to tell me it must be my phone and to clear my browser. I did. Same error code now be on hold over 20 more minutes... this is ridiculous already and it's the 1st call ever made to them.

Customer Service is awesome. Smart ATM is most convenient for me as a Server so i can do all my banking at night and have immediate availability to my after hours deposits.
