This review is specific to the Regions Innsbrooke Murfreesboro, TN location. Horrible horrible horrible service! My family has used Regions wealth management services for years and this location nearly cost the bank our business. I had a substantial size check to deposit from the sale of my house and went to the bank to deposit it, I was greeted by a slovenly looking man at the window who was either very new or just a bad employee. He disappeared rather quickly and was replaced by the rudest person dressed in a football Jersey I’ve ever seen. He made up the most obvious and ridiculous reasons why the check wouldn’t be available until the next day. I needed to order new appliances for my house ASAP and as the check was drawn from the same bank, I unhappily asked them to just cash it. This disgrace to the banking industry goes back to whispering and eventually comes back to snootily tell me the bank “doesn’t have enough money on hand to cash the check” 😳 this bank is holding millions of dollars belonging to consumers and they don’t have “enough cash”? This check was for the remainder AFTER buying a new home and paying realtors so it was not a size check that should have been a problem!!! I went to a different branch where I received STELLAR customer service and the kind and knowledgeable associate explained bank policy and I basically got the same answer as the other bank, funds would be available the next day but it was presented in a professional, positive and knowledgeable manner. I will never use the Innsbrooke branch for ANY banking needs and I strongly suggest they spend some time training their employees on customer service. I filed a formal complaint on the Innsbrooke branch after the horrific experience there. It’s completely unacceptable the way they treat customers!

I had to use this regions bcuz my lil 2.5 horse town doesn’t have a regions brick and mortar or atm. But I withdrew my rent money off my cash app, that’s how my husband sends me cash, but it cancelled my transaction and cash app deducted my money SO I DONT HAVE MY RENT & No one wants to help me & unfortunately my relationship was already on the brinks and this isn’t helping at all!! DEVASTATED AND CLOSING MY ACCTS TO TYLER OF REGIONS I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH U ALL SO MY NUMBER SHOULD MOST DEFINITELY BE ON IT. I did contact this location and no one could do anything either supposedly. It’s been a week and still no money refunded… This is 2022 and insane… type $506.00 in and hit enter!!! It’s NOW February 22,2022 I still don’t have my money back !!!! LAWYER TIME FOR PRINCIPAL!!

I deposited a large check with plans on purchasing a new vehicle for my wife on our anniversary. They put a 10 day hold on it! I expected maybe a 3-5 day but 10 days! It’s 2020! Then five days later I tried calling customer service and after waiting for over and hour on the phone, they transferred me to this location! Handled poorly from start.

I've been a regions client for the past 5 years only to come in to cash my check only to get turned down "sorry we can't cash your check"........ Why???? Sent me to Sun Trust to cash my check!! There's a reason why I have an account with regions. Not for all this B.S. running around and paying to get my check cashed and looking for another bank than mine! Sun Trust might be the place to go!! Not first timethis had happened.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We banked with them for less than two years because they screwed up so badly all the time. We would get charged random fees all the time. Here recently we just received a reimbursement check for 140 dollars because of a screw up on their end. NOW we just got a bill from a COLLECTION AGENCY saying we owe 45.00... why are we receiving something from collections when we weren’t even notified of the bill to begin with. WHY would they even send us a reimbursement check and then a month later bill is for 44.00 dollars? They are saying our account was being charged for things and there were insufficient funds in the bank.. well DUH we CLOSED those accounts months ago. Nothing should have been able to charge us for anything... now they are saying the accounts were never closed. YES THEY WERE. My husband walked in and closed all of them months prior to this bill because we were switching banks because of their idiocy and us being screwed. Now we are unable to by our first home because there is a collection notice on our credit that should NEVER be there. This bank has robbed us of money and the potential to own our first home!

Moved in our home close to this Regions recently! ALWAYS too busy when i walk in to even look up from the 3 desks as i enter bank. Usually the 3 are walking around talking to each other. Cashiers could be friendlier.

The website says this location is open till 6 but it is not it closes at 4 so I drove all the way across Murfreesboro rush hour traffic for nothing I do not understand why they cannot stay open a little bit later . I feel like many of their customers get off work and would like to bank on their way home but they make this impossible

The guy helped me so much the one in the front office he was so sweet and down to earth and helped me get my credit report and open saving and checkings accounts
