So , not sure where to Begin. Still waiting on a Branch manager to call me back because thier ATM did not kick back my deposit from Monday. Seems to be a hassle every time going to deal with the ATM. Would have gave a Zero if possible. Ridiculous!!!!!
Hi, Aaron. If the ATM retained your deposit, we'd have to get a claim filed. If you send us your phone number to [email protected], we'll reach out to do so. -Tyler

ATM ate our card have to wait 7-10 business days for a new one. They said thats been happening a lot lately they don’t service the machines so can’t do anything. Yet they are still letting customers use the ATM.
Our apologies for any frustration this may have caused. We definitely hear your concerns and appreciate your feedback. We have forwarded your concerns to the appropriate channel. -Trish

I went it to get something notarized and they told me to leave the building saying, "We don't provide any services for non-account holders." Well that's illegal. A notary is a public entity and not subject to privatization. I not only researched it but I even called the state about it to make sure. This is just another in a long line of reasons of why I pulled all my money from this bank. Horrible customer service being at the top.

My husband and I came to visit our son at SIU and decided to stop at the Regions in Marion, IL (4/25/15) before getting back on the highway. We went through the drive-thru this morning and had the displeasure of meeting "Page" at the intercom. She didn't say hello, smile, or even acknowledge we were even there. She just stared at us. We didn't even know she was waiting on us until we looked towards the window. As we waited we could hear her arguing with another customer before us, and overheard her name. She sounded very unprofessional and rude. We doubt the other customer was at fault, by the way her attitude was. Well, instead of doing a transaction we just drove off. We felt very uncomfortable. We've been banking with Regions for about 20 years now. The service we received from her was not only unprofessional but just plain scary. What a bad attitude. She should be the last person working with the public, and is a horrible representative for Regions Bank. We love Regions and will continue with them, but we will never come to this branch again.

Well from the previous reviews some of the tellers at this bank are not very nice. However the first time we went to this bank we met CAMILLA. She was very pleasant and professional. But the second time we went we had to deal with a young black lady, with glasses, named KIM. Her body language and facial expressions came off to me as very condescending and rude. She doesn't smile and has an angry look, like she's just miserable to be there. Seems very argumentative and we feel she should not work with the public either. Made my visit very unpleasant. I was also from out of town like everyone else. We will not be returning to this certain branch either. It was a pleasure to meet Camilla though. Thank you.

This bank is TERRIBLE! People are ok, but always busy because of such a short staff. Then the hours just suck. I can't call into the "GreenLine" for assistance because the banker didn't inform me I need a phone pin. I also was not issued a customer number, and my new debit card has had to be canceled TWICE because I have NEVER gotten it. Take your money elsewhere.

Never seen a bank that didn't like to make money till this one. Your overdraft protection policy is just a load of b.s if you only allow overdrafts when you feel like it.will be shopping for a better bank soon

I love Regions. The wife and I have been with them for 4 or 5 years now and the staff have always been wonderful and go above and beyond to help us.
