Regional Finance N Tryon St, Charlotte

Currently have a loan with them and inquired about a refinance to receive additional funds. I was greeted by a lady who was very helpful and mentioned she would assist me by calling me back within an hour. I urgently mentioned it was for a medical situation. It has been 3 days now and I haven't heard anything back. I assume I was not qualified but follow up communication would have been great.

Some of the staff are great, and others are not. Unfortunately, the manager is not nice to his staff, especially the females. Although he has worked there for years, he definitely won't be there long as he isn't personable with customers or staff, and is customer service is poor. In the years I have been a customer, I rarely see Travis working. Occasionally he uses the work phone to make a call, but usually he is playing on his cell phone or trying to get others to do his job for him. I've called corporate before to voice complaints, as he is unprofessional enough to mock customers after getting off of the phone with them. As soon as this loan is finished, I will use a different company, should the need for a loan arise.

The staff has been great and its a easy loan process. I personally have used their services a couple times and have always had a great experience in person and over the phone. I've always paid my account off early with no penalty's. Would recommend them... great for when any unexpected expenses pop up.

I’ve had my loan with this place for over a year and Ive NEVER thought I’d consider defaulting on a loan before but Lisa is a miserable old troll! So rude and very unprofessional. She called me while I was at work and she was very RUDE and very NASTY! She is very lucky she reached me while at work. She’s the person who makes ALL of their calls and I sincerely hope the manager considers someone else for that position because they will lose much more business with her there! I am so out rages I’ll be speaking to someone

Recently called to inquire about a loan to be greeted from the other end by a very firm , "Ghetto" sounding chic on the other end. Whomever this was , was very short and not informative about the loan process. I honestly hope that this was the evidence of someone having a bad day , but even so ...this was enough to not want to do busy with this agency. good luck.

I just called in to do an application and this girl or whoever answer my call was so unprofessional. She had an attitude already. Thank you anyway, you guys are not having my business. But hey you just lost someone with great credit.

I wish I could give this location no star. Travis is VERY rude and INCONSIDERATE. If you are considering getting a loan, DO NOT; I repeat do not get one from him
