My name is Linda Wilson I made a payment to establishment on beltline I paid it to the lady that sits in the back. She is now stating I didn't make a payment!!! I made my payment in cash. Now they want me to show proof of a cash payment. I have no reason to lie! After I pay this loan off I'll never do business with them again! Crooks!!!

This loan place thinks they are better than everyone else. My cousin doesn't speak English nor Spanish and on top isn't Tech savy but the Manager Diana Faz wanted him to call and take the loan via phone but he doesn't understand what she is trying to ask him. And i couldn't call them/loan place on three way because they wanted him to call directly, but i just let her know he is not tech savy but i guess what i said does not matter. The manager's customer service is TERRIBLE, we got into a shouting match and instead of talking it out she hung up on me. I had to call back to get the corporate office number. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS REGIONAL FINANCE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This loan company acts like they are helping people during the COVID crisis but it is a sham!!! They said I could make half the payment that was due on 5.1.20, which I paid before then, then they call on 5.4.20 asking where the rest of the payment is.

Had to refinance but they made me say I'm pretty much in front of the whole store that I dont hace anything worth while to my name for collateral and didnt tell me so prior to coming id need collateral

They've went the extra step for many folks in regards to current virus problem/stimulus check delays.
