I visited this office to make a payment for a family member. The staff were all very friendly and the overall atmosphere was warm yet professional. Rachael accepted the payment and was very pleasant. My mom has always spoken highly of the staff at Regional Finance and now I know why!

I have been a client of Regional Finance for a number of years and have enjoyed positive experiences with the company and all of the associates. During times when I have had some financial obstacles, the company has worked with me, often adjusting payments, etc.

Irene Sanders is the Best!! She is so amazing at what she does. Very knowledgeable and will do her best to get all your needs taken care of!

Spoke to Rachel today, she was able to get me all of the answers that I needed within a few minutes! Great service and look forward to doing business there in the future!

Contacted them, to assist my client and was transferred to a number that ended the call with a voice mail by Rachel, Called back and informed the same information and Tracey asked to validate the client and they did and while doing so she began drilling my client regarding his account. When I asked for his account information (after he gave permission verbally over the phone) she provided limited info and then later informed I needed to submit this info in writing...(this should have been done initially). When I informed all we were trying to do was learn more about our clients account so we could assist him in resolving it, she became frustrated and began over talking me consistently so I kindly informed this was unprofessional and ended the call. (@regional Finance Please pull the call around 11:20-11:35 am 10/27/2020). My client called back to get his account information and she continued to aske him what his intentions were( "are you going to file bankruptcy" )! She then provided the account number. She ended this conversation very unprofessionally and that needs to be corrected!
