Redstone Federal Credit Union Beltline Rd, Decatur

Absolutely Love this bank!! I have been a member since 1997 and they have always been helpful and accommodating! I have never had a bad experience with them. I hope to always have my checking and savings accounts with RFCU! Only thing that would make them better (for me) is having more satellite locations through Alabama.

The ATM’s at this bank absolutely suck. I can go to any other ATM in regards to redstone in northern AL and it’ll allow me to deposit money. Every time I come here, multiple ATM’s aren’t accepting money deposits and I have to keep riding around the building until I find a ATM that will allow me to deposit money. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

This is a great Credit Union. I previously used another credit union in town that o was not happy with. I’ve now been using Redstone Federal Credit Union for several years with multiple accounts, credit card, auto loans and business accounts. The only issue is the newer drive up teller machines go down so if one or two are down, you can expect to wait in line a while. Other than that, great place with great staff.

Used to come here and cash my pay checks when I worked close by. People here always nice and friendly.

Redstone has sent some great bank managers to the Decatur Beltline branch. Starting with Scott Foster. I had a 720 credit score and still got turned down by Redstone for an auto loan like twice in-house by the loan officer. Probably because it was a ridiculously expensive Porsche Panamera Turbo that had to be purchased sight-unseen from out of state and my debt to income was just as ridiculous lol but after taking to Scott (my last ditched-effort) he went above and beyond to get my denials approved. I have no idea how but he succeeded and for the last 5 years no matter what financial hell I went through to pay this thing off, I refused to let him down. So, as of this very month I am proud to say I have fully paid off my Porsche Panamera Turbo through Redstone that I wouldn't have if not for Scott Foster the branch manager. Unfortunately, He is no longer at that branch but I hate I couldn't give him the great news. Now they have Amber Latham. She is absolutely GREAT too. Today, I lost my wallet with $900 cash in it and she jumped into action and went above and beyond to help me find it when nobody else could. She never gave up. Let's just say when I left Redstone, I left with my wallet. Anyone else would have given up and certainly wouldn't have put forth the extraordinary effort she did. Thank you so much Amber for treating me like a friend. When I left, I didn't feel like customer number 706 or just a credit union member. She made me feel like a family member. You guys are the best.

great people , very helpful and friendly, i have been banking with redstone federal credit union for like 10 months and the experience has been great especially in beltline branch in decatur . 👍’s up

Delightful waiting area and nice bathroom.

I will not come back to this branch. I went through the drive through atm to deposit cash quick and during the process the machine turned off. When it came back on none of the money was in any account. We went inside and we're told to wait for everyone to get off lunch break to help us. When we were helped we went even given the full amount put in the machine. I understand the machines error was not anyone's fault but I expected far more from them in attempting to resolve the problem.

Went to this branch to close on a used car loan - a refinance. Sebrina Allen helped me. What a pleasure! She was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful !
