I do not recommend! Bad communication and they do not care to get your business! We recently relocated and initially went here for an auto loan. After talking with the employee, I also wanted to transfer and refinance 2 other loans we had to lower our interest and payments. I emailed the lady twice with all the info as she requested. I then called her directly after not hearing from her and left a message! I never heard back from her. It was a blessing, as we went to another credit union where we got our new auto loan, as well as transferred our other 2 loans.

Wanting to charge a customer of their card $8 to talk to a service representative. Lol you guys are a joke. Im paying g you off and going to every where you got a credit card and talking people out of your scamming scheme. Trying to make a payment and these guys wanna charge you the money to pay their employs. Such a scam. I would give a lower rating if possible. You guys need shut down and put out of business

Be careful if you decide to pay more then the min. payment they will basicly lock out your card for over 2 weeks. Dont trust them they only read from a script.

I’m literally out here waiting for someone to come help me, I already sign in and everything to get help, and they are just talking and talking to each other, but not helping the customers, they don’t care, I’m here trying to pay my loan since it didn’t went thru the app, it just a waist of time here, and I see people laughing and talking inside their office. SMH

We have been with Redstone for over a year now and have not had any issues whatsoever. The service we have received in setting up my initial account and two savings accounts for my children has been great. Their employees are a little more social than most banks. Makes it easier to ask questions and get help. I know one of their commercial lending agents and Chris is a great guy. They offer several good incentives to try them out and once in, their app is really easy to set up and use. It has just about every option you could imagine. And the brighter day savings accounts have been giving our kids great credit dividends. Way better than expected. The ATM machines inside their branch connect you directly, via a live video feed, to a customer service rep who helps process whatever transaction you are working on. Great experiences here so far. Keep up the good work.

Honestly I love RFCU and for the most part I am a proud member and have suggested that several friends/family members also join. I have used Redstone for both a Home and Auto purchase in the past couple of years. That is the five star portion of my review, now for the 1 star that brings us to a over 3 star experience. I filed a dispute over money that was wrongly charged on my debit card and I got very little support from the dispute team and did not get my money back. It is very unsettling to know that I have more than $170,000 in assets with Redstone and I have to worry about my money being protected even when filing a dispute before the transaction cleared. I did my loan for my truck there today. I was with another credit union. Technically I still am but I went here because the structure and rates on the loans where a little better. The loan officer that helped me was Kelly. She was super friendly and super helpful the whole time. I would recommend the bank or at least her for sure. She was who I dealt with the most. Everyone else was friendly though

Redstone recently financed a car loan for me. Leena Alsabery and April Autrey were both very knowledgeable and friendly. They were both patient with me as we worked through all the numbers while deciding how much I was going to put down and what interest rate I would have and what my monthly payment would be. We also discussed car warranties. The warranty Redstone offered was less expensive than any we had researched.
